two years laterwow. It's been a while. I'm still in my Brighton apartment.. but things have gotten better, way better actually.
I am still in my job and still love it, I actually got upgraded 6 months after I started to be a cook which was the best thing to ever happen. It happened so quick because the manager actually came across my cooking Instagram I just did for fun and she was impressed and decided to upgrade me to be a full time cook instead of a waitress which meant I got a pay rise! which was another amazing thing because that meant I could save even more money to get out of Brighton.. eventually.
as a little girl I've always actually dreamt to have my own bakery, like my own. which I thought was a bit unrealistic but now I do actually think it's doable because all from me doing my cooking Instagram I've had a lot of recognition and especially with really up there business people. A chef in Bali, yes I said BALI actually got in touch with me saying she has this restaurant in Bali and she has gotten too old to run it and after seeing my cooking account that is quite known for, she actually offered me to move out to Bali to take over it or turn it into something else. When I tell you i cried after I got that message, I mean cried. This was literally such a good time for a new, fresh start and even better it could be in Bali, with the beach right in-front of you and the blue sea's and don't forget about those surfer boys.. anyways beside the point it was such a good opportunity for me so I spoke more with the lady like what I wanted to turn it into and I decided to turn it into a bakery. It was a no brainer of what I was going to turn it into really. Even though I was leaving my job behind this was all I ever wanted and I'm pretty sure if I explained to them they will totally understand because if anyone got
this amazing offer like I did, they would take it.Another thing I had to think about was an apartment out there, because I know there expensive in Bali but after me working for 2 years, and that pay rise, I worked it all out and realised it was so doable.
Also, my parents. I haven't heard from them since what happened 2 years ago which wasn't surprising and I feel like it's bad when I say this but I'm glad they left because if they hadn't of and I stayed I wouldn't be in this position I would be in right now, so them leaving was a good thing. I'm not bothered about it anymore anyways, I quite liked my own company.
So I was moving out, to across the world. It is currently the 6th June and I was leaving for Bali on the 12th which I can't wait for! I have my apartment signed for an amazing apartment complex and it was super close to my new bakery everything was just working out amazingly.
