Noah's pov -
It's quite sad leaving my mom and everything, it normally is anyways but what makes it even harder is that my dad just passed. I don't want to leave her with Leo and everything when I know it's a hard time and I would have stayed longer but I have the restaurant at home to take care of and that I need to get back to.
I try to see my family as much as possible but it's kind of hard when you own a restaurant.
I loved seeing Taylor meet my family and stuff. my mom loved her, I knew she would. like how could you not like Taylor.
It's impossible.
I've had other girlfriends in the past but they have never been like her, she's just special.
very special.
this is why I knew my mom would love her.
she wants the best for me and she knows that Taylor is the best for me, because she is. even though I did push her away after my dad dying I still couldn't have gotten through it if she wasn't there.
I know she's the one I want to spend the rest of my life with.
I just know.
we just arrived at the airport and we was giving our luggage in.
"I swear this is heavier than it was on the way here" I say struggling to lift the suitcase up to the scale things while she just laughs.
"you want to carry it?" I say offering her to carry it with a smirk.
"I'm good" she says backing away with a grin on her face.
I place the suitcase on the scales and let the lady take it away.
I don't know how these things work. like you put the suitcase down and boom it dissapears.
crazy.
we go through security and we have like 1 hour until we have to board the plane.
"you hungry? we can get some food if you want to" I ask her looking around at all the places to eat around us, looking back at her with a smile.
"McDonald's?" she says with a smirk. this girl loves McDonald's, whenever I ask her what she wants to eat it's always McDonald's.
I playfully roll my eyes and walk over to the massive McDonald's sign.
we order our food, I got one of the burgers as a meal and Taylor got a chicken nugget meal.
we sit down with our food sitting inside the restaurant.
"I loved meeting your family, especially Leo, he's so cute" she says with a smile, sipping on her milkshake.
"he loves you more than he loves me" I say with a laugh looking at her while she takes a bite of her food.
"can't blame him though" I say, raising one of my eyebrows with a grin. making her laugh.
"can we buy a dog?" she says randomly a few seconds later. one minute we're talking about my family and then the next about a dog.
love her for it though.
"a dog. really? I say giving her a look which makes her frown.
"yes Noah. a dog. just imagine it. a cute little puppy running around and I already have a name so you can't say no" she says feeling proud of herself, taking a bite out of her food.
"did you think about them pooing everywhere, being annoying, stealing your food, biting the whole house up?" I say to her. I'm not going to say no because she really wants a dog. just naming the negatives.
"stop being a negative nelly Noah" she says playfully hitting my arm.
"do you want to hear the name?"
"rosco" she says proudly, crossing her arms. proud of the name she probably just came up with.
"I like it." I say with a smile on my face, I don't really like dogs but for her I do.
"I told you I would talk you into it" she says with a smirk and I just smile.
we now left McDonald's and go to where we need to board the plane.
It was a big que so we had to wait till it went down a bit.
Taylor's pov -
something that baffles me about planes is how big they are.
like they don't look that big when you go on it but when you see them there humongous.
crazy really.
that big que finally was going down and we was close to entering the plane.
we walk down the aisle where everyone was taking their seats and we try to find ours.
we was like sectioned from everyone else. weird?
the plane was split into 3 big sections but we wasn't in any of those for some reason.
there was an extra little section a bit more spaced out.
I didn't think much of it, just thought we was lucky for the place we was sitting to be a bit more calmer.
I take my seat and Noah was a little bit behind me.
I turn my back and go to get my blanket out of my bag and I try to find my book that was somewhere in my bag as well.
Noah was putting our bags in the thing above our heads.
I finally find my book that was at the bottom of my bag and place it on my lap.
I zip my bag up pulling the blanket on me.
I go to turn around to face Noah because he was being silent and taking ages putting our hand luggage away.
I completly turn myself to look at him just to find him on one knee.
