CHAPTER 21

the last week I've just been focusing on my bakery well /cafe and just trying to get it open as soon as possible. It was looking incredible, exactly how I wanted it, I went for a more aesthetic look because we tried out many styles and that one was my favourite. I haven't been doing it by myself though, obviously, Noah has been helping me, most days, I don't get how he doesn't have to work much well.. I guess he is the boss so he doesn't have a work schedule. anyways, he has been helping me loads with everything, I couldn't have done it without him. I was also so proud of myself, like doing this, creating my dream and even by myself well with the help of Noah but I mean my parents, like I did all of this without them, without there help, without their support and that was the thing I was most proud of because I bet most 21 years olds wouldn't be in my position right now, especially without parents so i was just so proud of that.

In 2 days I will be opening it for the first time which is so exciting, I planned to go to the beach with Maddie and Zoe tomorrow then meeting Noah at the beach house which is good because I haven't really seen them because I've been focusing on my bakery and everything well.. expect for Noah, I've seen him everyday, but I mean the others.

It's 6pm and me and Noah have just finished the bakery, ready for it to be opened. Everything was perfect, all in the right place, perfectly set all ready for everything it was just beautiful. Exactly how I wanted it, I changed a few colours I wanted and stuff but it was still incredible and I couldn't get over that it was mine.

"and.. we're done" I say stepping off a chair I used to put the last decoration up and putting the cushion back in place.

"this looks amazing" he says just smiling at the place looking round.

"I'm so proud of you, you did this. look at the place, it's perfect" he says walking around taking in every detail.

I smile just by his nice words.

"remember, you helped me with all this as well. I couldn't have done this without you, so thank you" I say to him, thanking him, he just smiles.

"okay so, what about pizza and lemonade while watching Netflix" he says walking towards me.

"yes please. you know, it's been like 4 days since I've watched Netflix. new record for me I think" I say and he just laughs."

we both head out the bakery and turn the lights off and lock the doors and everything before we both head back to the apartment complex. It was dark out so you could see the sunset and all the lights from all the restaurants and food places on, it was so beautiful.

we get to the apartment complex and head to the lift to go to his apartment to eat pizza and watch Netflix. such a good combo, food and tv.

When we get into his apartment I grab the comfiest blanket and just jump onto the sofa into a ball.

"now this is what you call comfort" I say snuggling up on the sofa with the blanket by myself. It was so comfortable.

he just laughs. "I'll go order the pizza" he says smiling and goes to the kitchen to go order the pizza.

"I have pizzaaaaa" I hear a faint voice in the distance.

"I can't believe you fell asleep" he says walking up to me and I just laugh can't believe he fell for my joke.

"joking, I could never fall asleep just before pizza" I say jumping up and laughing.

"I should of known" he says laughing and sitting on the sofa while putting Netflix on.

we both sit there and enjoy the pizza, it was really good, I swear, Bali pizza had like the best pizza.

we both sit there just eating pizza and watching Netflix.

I then see him getting really tired and his eyes, about to fall asleep, I give him my blanket so he can fall asleep. I then go to leave because I wanted him to sleep without me disturbing him until I get a hand on my wrist.

"stay, you can stay if you want" he says in a tired voice, I just smile.

I hesitate for a second but then go back to the sofa right next to him and fall asleep as well.
