Location: Some city before the time paradox occurred. (The Black Children wear the same clothes so my guess is an all-boys school or an all-boys orphanage.)
If you don't know what a time paradox is, it is basically a continuous loop in time. For instance, it is 5:00 am but at 5:59 am that clock changes to 5:00 am again instead of continuing on to 6:00 am and everything that happened in the 5:00 am hour will happen again.
