After the completely necessary (shut up Daniel and Kyle) amount of photos taken in front of the castle. The gang decided to finally attempt some of the rides. After much debate about which ride they should take on first, they realised that there really only was one option.
The tea ride.
Half of them were British after all...
"Brooklyn," Kyle said, "Do you want to go with me?"
Brooklyn had already assumed that she was going with him, especially since he had held her hand the whole way through the painfully long queue, it was a nice distraction from the Florida heat that they really weren't used to. It was still polite of him to ask though, he could be a gentleman when he wanted to be, or when he had taken his mind off plotting Daniel's downfall long enough. She really didn't know why he hated him so much, but she wasn't going to bring it up - no point in opening that particularly full can of worms.
"Of course I do!" She smiled, "Do you even have to ask?"
Kyle grinned. "Just making sure," He laughed.
Daniel turned to Lacey, offering his arm. "May I have this ride, Lady Loser-Locks?" He tried to make it seem like he was genuinely trying to be a good boyfriend and not just trying to one-up Kyle. He still felt there was something off about him...
"Of course, Sir Dorky Dimples, I'd be honored," she smiled, happy he was taking a break from planning Kyle's untimely demise. He helped her into their teacup, a nice shade of pale green that wasn't vomit-inducing at all, and Sydney helped Colin into their pale yellow one.
"Why aren't there any black cups?" Syd asked no one in particular.
Brooklyn followed Kyle over to a rose coloured teacup when she spotted a blue one out of the corner of her eye. "You take the pink one," she said to Dae and Axel, who already looked like he was going to be sick. "Come on, Ky, let's get the blue one! For," She lowered her voice, "Obvious reasons."
"I couldn't possibly know what you are talking about." He winked and led her over to the pale blue tea cup. "After you, Princess."
She tried her best not to let her face turn the same colour as Dae and Axel's tea cup. "Why thank you." She sat down and tried to smooth out her hair, just so she would have something to do with her hands.
"Why are you so nervous?" Kyle asked, gently taking her hands from her hair.
Brooklyn grinned. "You." She said and booped his nose. Now it was Kyle's turn to hide his blush.
Lacey fidgeted with the hem of her t-shirt while she waited for Daniel to climb in after her.
"You good, Lace?" He asked as he sat next to her.
"Just," she took his hand. "Don't spin us too fast please?"
"Don't worry," he pecked her cheek. "Just squeeze my hand if you get scared and I'll slow down."
Lacey blushed bright red, and squeaked in acknowledgment.
"You guys ready?" Dae called over to the rest of their group as the ride started to move. "Cause I know I am." She gave a devilish grin and began to spin her and Axel's tea cup as fast as she could. She had already tied up her hair so it wouldn't get in her face. Dae came prepared.
Brooklyn caught sight of Axel as they spun, he was gripping the sides so tight that his knuckles had turned a bright white and he was screaming something that sounded like 'Dae' but it might have been 'hey' or 'stop' or just unintelligible noises.
