*1 week later*
Its been a week since Dezmond passed. It doesnt feel right only seeing her in spirit form but I think I can get use to it.
She is always there for the kids. Its like she never left.
"Baby go get the kids up" Dezmond says next to me.
I turn over and she is in her all white attire as usual.
"Dont forget to thank god for waking you up this morning" she says.
I nod as she rubs my face. Her hands are ice cold.
"You should go to Fredo and let him hook you up you need a trim" she says.
I find myself staring down on her and trying to figure out how I got so lucky.
She had a choice and she ended up picking me....she picked me.....after all the pain I caused her she stuck by me.
"Dezmond" I say against her hand.
"Yes baby?"
"If I had a chance to go back in time and change everything around...I would...I would have made you pick Jacob..."I say.
She looks at me with a fire in her eyes.
"Kasen Harrison dont you ever in your life say that again I chose you because I knew what I wanted...you were ny bestfriend...my lover....Jacob wasnt a friend to me...he used me...I dont care how much pain you caused me or how much I caused you cause at the end of the day that pain paid off....I got amazing kids, a beautiful house, a wonderful husband and friends and family that love me dearly" she says.
"If it wasnt for me...You wouldnt be dead" I mumble.
"No...I chose to do that myself...You always had my back and it was time for me to have yours." she explains.
I sigh as she kisses my cheek with the lips I kissed many times before.
"We will be together again...but now I need you to take care of your kids and hold that down ight?" she says.
I nod as she walks into the wall and into the next room.
She was sitting next to sleeping Paris stroking her hair.
"You will be a fashion designer just like your momma" she whispers kissing her forehead.
She then gets up and kisses the rest of the kids.
"I have to return...ill be watching take care of my babies" she says.
She blows me a kiss before she dissappears.
I go over and wake the kids up so we can start the day at daycare.
I get them dressed and do the girls hair. Gotta thank Dezmond for teaching me.
When I got downstairs Dezmond had set the cereal bowls out and I got the cereal inside the bowls. While the kids ate I packed lunches and washed dishes.
"Wheres momma?" David asked.
"She went to work she will be here when you get back" I respond.
"Okay"
"Its time to go...go get in the car ill be there after I set the alarm." I say.
They all grab the lunches and run towards the car. I cut the lights off and turn the alarm on.
I jogged to the black charger and hopped in pulling off.
*30 minutes later*
Paris and David hopped out and ran towards the teacher. Mariah gave me a kiss and hugged my neck before hopping out and running in the same direction.
I decided to hit up Fredo and let him edge me up.
I shot out to the bando and walked up to em.
"Wassup Kasen"
"Nothing cooling cooling how ya doing man?" I ask.
"Surviving...still getting over Dezmond like everybody else" he says.
I nod my head.
"Yeah I think imma move my kids to San Diego man...get em out of here" I say.
"Thats the best thing for them" he says
He takes the clippers and starts them up.
"Just edge me up" I say
He gets to work and I sit as still as possible.
*30 minutes later *
He wiped me off and let me up.
"When you leaving for Cali?" Fredo asked.
"Imma give it a month" I say.
"Bet let the kids come by before you leave..Sorry about your lost" Fredo said.
I dapped him up and did a manly hug. I left the bando with one more job to complete.
