I walk through these quiet halls with a silent tear rolling down my cheek. I feel all alone and in the dark. I hadn't heard the news until the radio. I can't believe it happened though. Her, of all people. Her family must be devastated. I wonder why she did it.

"I'm sorry," my best friend, Alexa, whispers.
