I sat on top of the park Bench table pulling up my shirt as Me, Mya, and Jaliyah made small talk watching as a group of boys played basketball.
"Azi tell me which one you want cause I could get Mike to put you on." Jaliyah said to me
"I'm good." I said putting my phone in my lap
"So you don't find none of them Niggas fine?" She asked
"I mean I never said that. But I don't know none of them and I don't have time for a relationship right now."
"You need to live a little." Mya said causing Jaliyah to agree
"I'm 16. I have my whole life to live." I yawned uninterested
I had never had a boyfriend, I've never even talked to a boy for anything more then a friendship. I have a few guy friends but The only boy Im close to is Kai and he's just my best friend. I was behind all my friends being that they we're already dating, some of them having sex.
My parents didn't want me jumping into a relationship so fast, they wanted me to establish me first which I understand. I have years to get caught up with a boy
"Bitch, I think Her and Tk would be so cute together." Jaliyah jumped up causing Mya to gasp nodding her head
"I think he's too mature for her though."
"Mmm. All he gotta do is take one look at her hips and he gon went her."
"I don't want no boy that has to look at my body to want me." I rolled my eyes "And who is TK? Why y'all randomly so obsessed with the idea of me having a boyfriend?"
"She didn't mean it like that. You know your beautiful. And Cause imagine us all bood up with our man and then it's just you by yourself?" Mya said
"Wait a minute. You don't know who Tk is?!"
"No." I said in an obvious tone and they both stood staring at me "What?"
"I'm not gonna tell you nothing. Just know he pressure." Mya smiled
I watched as Jaliyah sat typing away at her phone. My eyes drifted back to the game.
"This is TK." She said showing me a video on her phone
