"Exactly how many times I have told you not to lose temper on small things." Beomgyu said rolling his eyes on Heeseung. "Didn't you see how that brat talked to me-" Heeseung said as Beomgyu cut him off. "Was he wrong though?" Heeseung widened his eyes showing that he was offended.
"You should be lucky you have me by your side or that old man would already have kicked you out of the house." Beomgyu said as Heeseung just kept staring at someone walking behind Beomgyu.
"Who's that with Taehyun? Isn't he Jake's friend?" He asked. "Oh that's Sunoo, and yes he's Jake's friend. Are you dumb? The three of them are in Science faculty." Beomgyu said sprinting up to Taehyun, leaving Heeseung alone. "Tyun!!" Beomgyu said as he reached near the boys. "That's Taehyun for you Choi Beomgyu." Taehyun said rolling his eyes.
Beomgyu tried not to be sad and showed that it didn't mind him much. He shifted his gaze to Sunoo. "Sunoo right? Tell your best friend to stay away from Heeseung as much as he can. Free advice, take it or not." Beomgyu said leaving the boys confused.
"Ahhh-" Riki tried not to yell but the oitment was giving a burning sensation.
Then there was Jake sighing, applying the ointment on Riki's left cheek. "What are you thinking hyung? Are you mad at me?" Riki asked frowning. He could handle Heeseung's insults but he couldn't bear Jake being mad at him. "No Riki, it wasn't your fault, you were just trying to pick your spoon up, it's just that I'm mad at myself. I promised myself that I won't cause any troubles in Korea but now I sense a huge trouble itself coming my way." Jake said finally getting up from the chair, keeping the ointment in its place.
Riki just lowered his head lowkey blaming himself until he saw Jake crouching down in front of him so that their faces are in front of each other.
"Don't blame yourself Riki, it isn't your fault." Jake said giving him an assuring smile as he ruffled his hair. The smile that always gave the younger butterflies in his stomach.
As he reached home, Jake just cursed himself, no matter how much he hated Heeseung, he has now invited problems. Heeseung loves to fight and Jake can't even hurt a fly. He was really physically weak since he was born.
That's why, since childhood, he was taught to be kind to others and never hurt people. He could fight, but he just chose not to. Music. It was always by his side, he just took the guitar from his side and started strumming it. He started singing his favourite song along with strumming the strings.
His melodious voice was audible, but somehow it overshadowed the tears that fell from his eyes.
Everyday, Jake just used to tell himself that he isn't weak, but the world was too cruel for this angel.
"Stop right there, you aussie boy." Jake halted his steps when he heard his voice when he was walking along with his friends, in the hallway.
Before Heeseung could go near the shorter boy, Jay came into the way, between them, lifting his eyebrows. Heeseung just smirked. "You have 4 bodyguards for yourself, it's a lot." He said looking at Jake who was now glaring at him. "Make it 5, Lee." They all looked in another direction as they saw Riki going their way.
Riki and Heeseung hated each other, a lot. Both of them passed each other a deadly glare as Heeseung pushed Jay on the side, grabbed Jake's collar, pierced a sharp glare straight to his innocent doe eyes and said, "Let's meet somewhere alone, Jakey." Jake would be lying if he says he didn't get scared.
By watching Riki's condition that day, he knew that Heeseung can be dangerous.
Jay and his friends assured Jake that atleast someone of them would be there with him. But Jake, as the thoughtful and kind guy he was, was feeling guilty that his friends have difficulties because of him.
