"So...now you won't follow me everywhere, right?" The younger asked as they exited the restaurant.
"I won't. I was just curious about stuffs." Heeseung said. And I'm still curious about some.
"May I also ask something?" Jake asked as Heeseung sling his backpack on his shoulder and nodded.
"Why were you crying that day....and today too?" He asked, probably gathering all the courage he had under the intimidating gaze of the older male.
Did he notice that?! Shit.
"This is none of your business." Heeseung answered as he tried to leave.
"I answered all your questions, why don't you answer mine, Heeseung?" Jake asked as the taller halted his steps.
"Because I don't want to be close to you, you will never be able to understand me. We hate each other, remember?"
"You're weird."
"And you're a coward."
"H-Huh?"
Coward. A word Jake hated much more than he hated his bullies. The boy started shaking on his place. The panic was evident on Jaeyun's face as he was remembering all the trauma he faced. All the flashbacks were playing like a movie in his head. And Heeseung, he didn't even know what was happening.
"H-Hey are you-" Jake suddenly stepped back as the older extended his hand to comfort him.
"STAY AWAY! JUST...GO AWAY FROM HERE-" Jaeyun said as he started sweating hard.
Heeseung's heart started aching. He didn't know what was happening, but he felt like crying, not because Jake yelled at him, but because he wanted to help him, unfortunately he wasn't letting him come close.
"But-"
"I HATE YOU! I'M NOT A COWARD, YOU GET THAT?!" Jake yelled for one last time, and ran off to his home.
Heeseung's eyes got teary, the boy was confused, he stood there frozen.
"Hey, where were you? Look here I made-" Jay was in the kitchen when he heard some sniffling, he went out of the kitchen just to see his cousin's eyes filled with tears.
His eyes widened as Jake ran to his room, and locked the door from inside.
"Hey Jake! Open the door. Jaeyun please!! Look I'm worried here, please open the door, I made some cupcakes for you, please listen to me! Open the the door or I'll feed all the cupcakes to Layla!" Jay tried to make Jake open the door, he knocked on the door so many times, but Jake didn't open the door.
The older got more worried as he heard Jaeyun crying inside the room. He had to make Jake open the door, to make sure he doesn't take any wrong step. Without wasting any moment, he called Riki, Jungwon and Sunoo, Sunghoon was still at practice.
"What the heck?! I'll pick up Sunoo and Riki, wait I'm coming, don't panic." Jungwon cut the phone and Jay kept knocking on the door.
"What happened to him?" Jungwon asked as Sunoo and Riki directly ran upstairs to make Jake open the door.
"He came home crying, his face and eyes were swollen, his face was red, he was sweating so bad, Wonie, I'm so worried, please make him open the door, he is really sensitive-" Jay said as he panicked and Jungwon hugged him as he comforted his boyfriend.
"Hyung! Please open the door, look Riki is here too! Please don't cry, we all are here for you. Who hurt you, I'll kill that person!" Sunoo tried knocking and requesting the older to open the door, but all he could hear in reply were the crying noises that were getting louder and louder.
