"Which club to apply?" All the boys were thinking while eating. "Me and Riki have decided to take the Sports club, you all can decide yours." Sunghoon said eating his triangle kimbap.
"I already applied in the music club, you know, I play the guitar so-" Jake said but was cutted off by Jay in between.
"OH HECK NO! Do you even know who's the head of the music club?! Jake what did you do oh my god the forms can't even be refilled." He said panicking. Jake connected the dots and panic was clearly visible in his eyes. "Park Jongseong this is the last time I'm going to tolerate your habit of speaking before thinking! Jake hyung don't worry, I'm already in the music department, so I will have to be in the music club, Sunoo and Jay, you both are going to join the music club with us, okay?" Jungwon said patting Jake's shoulder to make him relaxed.
"Sunoo! Riki needs some health related files from the store room, can you please bring it?" Jake said as the last lecture of the day finished.
"Why aren't you going?" Sunoo asked.
"Well Jay needs to go home early today so I have to accompany him, please help me on this one, I'll give you a treat." Jake said squeezing Sunoo's hands to make him agree. Sunoo agreed and went towards the store room. Jake kept his puts in his bag and made his way to Jaywon. Sunoo entered the store room, to search for Riki somewhere between the shelves, suddenly he heard the sound of the door getting locked.
He started panicking, he took his phone out and before he could turn the flashlight on, the lights were on, to be exact, the fairylights were on.
Sunoo stood there like a confused puppy until someone came into his view. "Do you like it?" He asked looking around the store room. "Sunghoon hyung? What are you-" Sunoo couldn't utter a word when he saw his crush on his knees, with a rose in his hand.
"Kim Sunoo, I like you, will you go out with me?" Sunghoon said looking in his eyes. Sunoo was still shocked. He looked at Sunghoon one more time and started laughing. Sunghoon was confused, he was blushing, the red cheeks were evident, but he wondered why Sunoo was laughing.
"Yah! Why are you laughing, you know how hard these kind of things are for me..." Sunghoon said sulking.
"I know hying, that's why it's just so cute of you to do these things just because I like them." Sunoo said finally stopping after non-stop laughing for almost a minute.
Sunghoon looked away, trying to hide his smile, "Yes I know I'm cute. Now just tell me fast, Yes or No? Or I'll just propose Jake." He said.
Sunoo just went near Sunghoon and flicked his head. "Ow! What-" Sunghoon stopped speaking when Sunoo hugged him suddenly. He chuckled and hugged him back.
"Sunghoon hyung my boyfriend now, wow!" Sunoo ran around the store room yelling, being the bubbly person he is when Sunghoon could just giggle at how cute his Sunoo was.
Meanwhile Jay, Jungwon and Riki were rolling on the floor laughing imagining Sunghoon doing all this stuff. "Ice-prince is melting someone hold him-" Jay said and laughed followed by giggles of his boyfriend and Riki.
"Hey you don't have to be so mean, atleast he tried- Look here they come-" Jake said as he pointed towards the new couple coming towards them, holding hands, blushing. "Guys, we are dating." Sunoo said as he showed their interlocked hands to the boys.
"You owe me on this one Hoon." Jake said, sipping on his banana milk. Sunghoon gave him a fist bump and nodded.
Someone was jealous, very jealous, looking at how close these 6 boys were. He took the last bite of burger and finished it, peacefully got up from his place, and went outside the canteen. He had Beomgyu with him, and he was a very good friend, but he found something missing, something important missing.
Days passed like nothing. Jake, Jay, Jungwon and Sunoo were ready to enter the music department, all with their instruments. Jaeyun took a deep breath, he decided to ignore Heeseung for as long as he can.
Sunoo patted his back showing that he isn't alone. As they entered, they saw the music department was......empty. It was just Heeseung, Beomgyu and them. 6 people in total. "Wait we really got some students this year?" Beomgyu said happily. "D-doesn't your department get students every year?" Jake asked, totally ignoring a person who was directly looking, more like staring at him.
"No, thanks to someone, people are afraid to join this club, I'm shocked that YOU GUYS are here though." Beomgyu said.
"Yes, Jake hyung applied here by mistake, without seeing the name of the club head so here we are." Jungwon said. "What are we supposed to do? We need extra grades and we need to show that we did something in the clubs-" Jay said.
"What about we make a band?" Heeseung said, being unsure if they'll agree. "Oh I don't think we will make a good team, we should just drop it. Moreover its better getting less grades rather than getting beaten without any reason-" Sunoo said looking away from the older guys when Jake cutted him off, "Let's just do this, we need grades."
This was the moment when Jake looked at Heeseung's eyes, and he thinks he saw him smiling slightly, but he looked away suddenly, leaving Heeseung a bit hurt.
They practiced a bit but when the Jay, Sunoo and Jake were ready to leave, Heeseung suddenly grabbed Jake's hand and asked, "May I talk to you for a second?" "No, you can't." The Australian boy said looking straight into Heeseung's eyes, with hatred. He yanked his hand away from the older's hand and went out.
"What happened Hee?" Heeseung snapped out of his thoughts as Beomgyu put his hand on his shoulder and said. "I....just wonder why and how did he agree for the band thingy when he could clearly decline. Does he like me or something? I don't think so but then why does he- WAIT, DOES HE LIKE YOU?!" Heeseung said as he thought about the possibilities.
Meanwhile Beomgyu just sighed, shook his head and said, "Why am I friends with you, again?"
Riki finished his soccer practice as he saw someone waiting for him at the pavilion. Yes it was Jake who brought food for him to eat.
"You have been practicing since hours and that's not very good for you." Jaeyun said as he handed Riki the fruit salad that he made himself. "Hyung, have you eaten?" Riki asked as Jaeyun looked dull. Jake nodded and said, "I'm fine I'm just tired. It's just hard being in a band- wait did I tell you me, Jay, Sunoo and wonie are forming a band with Heeseung and Beomgyu for the yearly evaluation?" Jake said trying to remember if he already said that to Riki earlier.
After listening to this, Riki was not happy, why would he be? He hated Heeseung the most and he didn't want his friends to spend time with him, especially Jake.
"Hey? What happened? How is your practice going on? It looks fun though." Jake said looking at the soccer ball who was not resting at the grass.
"Do you want to play? You want me to teach you?" Riki asked as Jake's eyes sparkled and he got so excited, just to learn soccer. "Yes please teach me Riki I'll treat you!" Jake said as he picked the soccer ball up. "Don't treat me but just grant me a wish...I'll tell you the wish later." Riki said as he followed Jaeyun as he ran to the soccer field.
There were so many things in his mind, but whenever Riki saw his hyung smiling, he used to forget his problems, just for a few seconds, he knew, he was sure;
