Meanwhile, while Dog Man was enjoying his pretend tea, Lil' Petey, Maddie, and 80-HD were upstairs in the Ballroom completing their new invention.
Their invention appeared to be a big, strong, metallic robotic suit. On the top was a robotic cone. "Okay, 80-HD, let's test it out," Lil' Petey said. 80-HD clicked the button on the cone. The robotic suit went into the cone, all the way. Now it was just the cone laying there.
"Sweet!" Lil' Petey and Maddie said in amazement.
"We're all ready," Maddie said, picking up the cone. She saw 80-HD, who was thinking to himself. "What?"
80-HD ran out and came back with an umbrella."An umbrella?" Lil' Petey said. "Good thinking, 80-HD."
80-HD placed the umbrella into the cone. "You just never when an umbrella will come in handy," Lil' Petey said. "C'mon, guys."
Maddie, Lil' Petey, and 80-HD ran all the way downstairs to the pillow fort. Inside, Dog Man was eating the teacups. "We did it, Dog Man," Maddie said. "Now all we have to do is get rid of this cone and replace it with the Cone of Destiny."
Maddie removed Dog Man's cone and placed on her, Lil' Petey, and 80-HD's invention, the Cone of Destiny. "Now, anytime you get in trouble," Maddie started. "Just press the button on top and all of your wildest dreams will come true."
"Are you ready?" Lil' Petey asked. " Who's gonna save the day? Is it you? Are you gonna save the day? Go save the day!"
Dog Man got really excited and ran out of the house. He ran into Petey, sending him into the air. Petey landed on the ground as Lil' Petey and Maddie ran to him.
"Oh, hi, Papa," Lil' Petey greeted.
"Why is it that every time I come here, something strange or obnoxious happens?" Petey asked.
"That's how we roll, Petey," Maddie answered.
"Are you two ready to go home?" Petey said, standing up straight.
"Already?" Lil' Petey asked.
"Yeah," Petey said before pointing at 80-HD. "And you're coming, too!"
"Yay, you can play with me and Maddie at Papa's house," Lil' Petey said.
"He's not gonna be playing," Petey told Lil' Petey and Maddie.
"He's not?" Maddie asked.
"No, he destroyed three walls in our lab last week!" Petey pointed out. "He broke our door! So I'm putting him to work!"
"But Papa," Lil' Petey was about to protest.
"And no 'buts'," Petey said sternly. "You knuckleheads need to learn that there are consequences to your actions!"
"Aw, maaan," Lil' Petey said. "I hate consequences."
