Stray Kids's Changbin Reveals Group Chat Dedicated To Fellow Member Naki
Recently, on a Vlive, the youngest member of Stray Kids, Naki (Hwang Minaki), was dancing to song suggestions given by STAYs, the Stray Kids fandom.
The 14 year old is known greatly for her innocent and cute demeanor that disappears the moment she starts to dance. After dancing to 'Move' by Taemin and casually killing STAYs with her sexiness while still being extremely underage, Naki had leader Bang Chan's hoodie back on and went back to her previous activity of reading fans' comments. This is when a STAY decided to ask her if she had ever heard of Wattpad, the popular story writing platform.
Being the defiant girl she is, Naki decided to ignore the many warnings other STAYs gave her and downloaded the app. Though Bang Chan had marched in quickly and made sure that Naki wouldn't download the app again, she was already traumatized by the actions of the Story version of Stray Kids member Felix.
Later, through one of the Chan's Room episodes, STAYs found out that after the incident, Minaki refused to let Felix within six feet of her, forget touching her. This went on for a week, and when a sulky Felix asked Bang Chan about it, the three of them had sat down and had a long talk about it. According to Bang Chan, after the talk, Minaki was no more enlightened about Story-Felix's actions, but at the very least she allowed Felix to hug her again.
Because of this incident, Stray Kids' Changbin accidentally revealed something called the 'Hwang Minaki Protection Squad' group chat to the public. Filled with many idols who know Naki, the group chat blew up after the incident, causing Changbin's phone to make continuous noise during a vlive. This surprised many netizens, Kpop fans and not. It also surprised Naki herself, who, according to Bang Chan, was very confused as to why she had or needed a protection squad.
When many other idols who are known to be friends with Naki (such as most of the JYP idols, Blackpink's Lisa, BTS's Jin, Jungkook, and Jimin, multiple NCT members, and more) were asked about it, every one of them proudly announced their association with the group chat and said they had no regrets regarding joining.
