Time skip~End of the day

I knocked on Minhee's door again, just like last night. He said the same thing, "Come in." I sat on his bed this time, and he didn't question it.

"Are you okay? You've been quiet," I asked. He closed his notebook, sighed, and looked at me. "I'm always quiet," he whispered. He closed the door as we both chuckled.

He sat across from me and looked me in the eyes. For a while. Neither of us said anything, but it wasn't awkward. He snapped back to reality and huffed. "Sorry, sorry. I'm still tired."

I leaned against the wall and looked at the ceiling. He did the same thing next to me. I leaned on his shoulder again, and he leaned on my head. Just like we did last night, but there was more meaning in it now.

He sighed again and put his hand on mine, like last night. I looked over at him, and he looked at me. He looked scared, but I gave him a small smile to show him he didn't need to be. He smiled back. A big, genuine smile.

He grabbed my hand, and I grabbed his. I put my head back on his shoulder and closed my eyes as he moved closer to my body. My mind was a blur and my heart was going crazy, but I was happy.

I felt Minhee's head slowly go limp, which meant he fell asleep. His grip on my hand didn't loosen, though. It was amazing.

After what seemed like forever, there was a gentle knock on the door, which made both of us jump. We let go of each other and came back to our senses as Minhee nervously said, "What is it?"

Serim carefully walked in the door with two cups of tea. He looked confused when he saw me, but grinned and walked towards us.

He sat at Minhee's desk and sat the cups down. "Kyunghu, funny to see you here," he remarked. I nodded and subtly inched away from Minhee.

"What's going on, hyung?" he asked. Serim looked welcoming, but also concerned. "Well, I brought some tea for us, but I wasn't expecting to see Kyunghu." I could feel my heartbeat through my whole body.

"Oh, I'm sorry, I'll leave you guys to be," I said, standing up. Serim ushered me to sit back down and said, "No, it's okay. You two can have this. I have more in the kitchen." I didn't listen to him and walked to the door.

"No, it's okay. Goodnight to both of you, thank you though," I said quickly as I shut the door.

I sat against the wall outside Minhee's door, ashamed. I buried my face in my hands and was about to cry when I heard Wonjin say, "Kyunghu, what are you doing?"

I stood up and wiped my face to see him standing at the end of the hallway. "Nothing, I was just talking to Minhee." He looked beat, and I could tell he was extremely tired.

"Are you okay?" he asked. I nodded and pushed out a small smile. He nodded and smiled back, giving me a thumbs up as he turned around to go back to his room.
