Dinner was really good, but I couldn't take my eyes off him. When we got back to the dorms, he went straight to his room and didn't come out.

I approached Serim, who was packing away leftovers. "I think I'm gonna check on Minhee again," I said to him. His mood immediately changed when I said that. "Yeah, I think you should. I noticed he was upset at dinner. I'm worried about him." I nodded and left to see Minhee.

I stood outside his door for a while, preparing to talk to him. Eventually, with lots of built-up strength, I knocked. No answer. I knocked again. Still no answer.

I quietly opened his door and peeked in. He was already asleep. It was discouraging, but also relieving.

I went back to Serim, who looked surprised to see me so soon. "What happened?" he asked, sitting at the table. "He's sleeping already," I said, looking down.

Serim sighed. "Let him sleep. We don't have anything to do tomorrow. Talk to him then, maybe he'll say something." I nodded and got up to go to my room.
