fuck boy - chapter five

"good morning," he greeted as jaemin arrived at the dining room. looking for the food he prepared.

"i suddenly felt hungry," he pouted. "anyway, who cooked this?" he asked.

jeno smiled and proudly pointed to himself. he really woke up early for this. he still is not that good about cooking but he asked for mama's help, wondering why it cooked all pretty.

"take a seat, love." he said happily and moved the chair for him.

jaemin frowned at the sudden actions of jeno. he didn't know if the man just needed something or he was just really like this.

"you need something, don't you?" his eyebrow raised.

"how did you know?" the ceo asked, which made jaemin frowned.

"what?" his response, but jeno just smiled at him.

he put his hands at the table and leaned to be closer to him, he even saw how jaemin gulped at his sudden move which made him smirked.

"if i said what i need from you, would you be willing to give it?" and he gently held his chin.

"w-what are you doing..." he gulped.

"i need your love, jaemin."

"w-what?"

"love me."

"dude, that's cringe."

jeno rolled his eyes for the second time as mark kept saying how cringe he is. well, he just said how his morning went to his friend who literally knows everything.

even his feelings towards jaemin.

"it's not that cringe though," jeno said. remembering his not that confession earlier.

"well, i was also like that back in our college days but it was more cringe." mark said and leaned against the couch. "anyway, what was his response?" he asked curiously.

"he put the pancake in my mouth and said shut my mouth off, dude, do i look not serious?" he whined.

"hmm, for a man like him that has feelings for you back then and found out that you were just using him. i think, yes." he nodded.

"because i thought it's a good way to be closer to him!" he pouted.

"you know, my husband didn't lie when he said you're dumb." mark said, making the younger sulks.

"i know, okay? you don't even need to say it again." the younger said.

"but anyway, do you still remember how you ran to me and you're near to cry?" and he laughed. "you even practised how to confess your feelings but you ended up choosing your pride which is a really bad decision."

and that made jeno remember that scene back to their college days, it was the day when jaemin confessed his feelings. which is also the day that jeno planned to admit his feelings, but look what he did.

he chose his pride.

he was also scared at that time, he even thought about it for almost a week. and yes, he was the dumbest.
