Summer Camp (5SOS)

Luke's POV

After Michael and Calum claimed a single and bottom bunk bed I decided to take my single bed in the corner by the window.

I felt so relieved to have met cool guys this quickly. They didn't understand that the only friends I ever had were at camp. No one knew but outside of camp I was extremely depressed.

As I sat deep in thought I didn't realize the guys trying to talk to me.

"LUKE!" Calum finally shouted.

"Y-yeah?" I stuttered.

"What are these bags for?" Michael asked, swinging his bag around.

"Each bag is equipped with a small first aid kit, call cards and Internet cards that you load money onto and something to do with the end of the year." I told them, picking the items out of the bag and showing them to the boys.

"Lame. I don't really care. Why don't we unpack all the way, go get some food, come back and talk." Calum suggested.

Honestly. That sounded great.

"Yeah man. Why not." I agreed.

We all unpacked for like 20 minutes.

"Alright boys. Let's bounce" Michael said clapping his hands.

"Let's go to the trading post." I said before grabbing my wallet from my duffel bag.

Walking out of the cabin I realized how beautiful it was. Usually on the first day of camp it rained. That meant this year was bound to be the best.

I lead the boys across the camp and to the trading post.

30 hasty minutes later, we came back to the cabin with so much food we'd have to clear out some space in the makeshift kitchen.

As soon as we walked in something felt different.

"Hello? Is anyone here?" A voice called out.

That must be the new guy.

A blonde guy walked out. His hair was kind of amazing.

His eyes were bloodshot. As if he has been crying. Or high. Or both?

"I'm Ashton. Ashton Irwin." He introduced himself.

"I smell weed." Michael whispered in my ear.
