Trying to make my own version of 173, here's how it is atm

This 173 is still made of concrete and metal, but is missing their spray paint.
Arrows and lines on body have no meaning, I just thought it looked cool.
When not looked at, they can move around freely, and often change poses. They're really fast, speed walking and running so fast it looks like they're teleporting.
They still like killing people through strangulation/neck breaking
