Clutching their brother's hand tighter, Nel looked out into the empty level.
Empty, according to Wallace. Nel wouldn't know themselves- not only have they never been to this level, but they were still inexperienced with the Backrooms in general. Everything still felt new, and they've quickly learned to keep close to their brother and be sure to keep an eye out for any danger.
Hugging Bob closer to their chest, they continued to stand in the cold (though it didn't affect them much) with Wallace; waiting.
