One of the darkest places in District 3, Mauditiuor is a fairly visited area thanks to their theaters- with inhabitants often putting on shows for tourists as well as their own
Off stage, inhabitants are often described as modest and well-meaning, albeit secluded- oftentimes, only up to 20 inhabitants seen out and about around their cold city.
