Doesn't matter when

It's always a good time then

Doesn't matter where

It's always a good time there

Landyon picked us up after our date. It was a little weird cause Adam's mom dropped us off. We stopped in front of a pile of water guns, buckets filled of water, and water balloons.

"Oh-no!" I leaned in and hissed in Landyon ears. "Why this?"

"Well, your date isn't over." He hissed back. "Since dad is gone, this is my way of seeing if this guy is good."

"We actually planned it." Confessed Adam. "Thats why I have my back pack."

"Wow!" I smiled at both of them. "You guys are good! Come on! Lets get ready!" I jumped out of the car and ran into the house.

--------------------------------

I came back out, wearing a neon yellow bikini. Landyon and Adam stood there, waiting. Landyon wore blue and black swim trunks, shirtless. Adam wore regular black swim trunks, shirtless.

"Okay, spread out!" I shouted, shooing them away.

"What are we doing?" Asked Adam. "All I was told that we were having a water fight."

"Have you heard of the Hunger Games?" I asked.

"Yeah."

"Well." I shouted. "Happy Water Games! May the water be ever cold!"

Adam laughed. Landyon just stood there. He heard that a million times.

"Play the game like the Hunger Games! But four rules." I held out four fingers. "One, no alliances! Unless there is a lot of people, but you can talk to each other. Two, take and run! No shooting until everyone fans out. Three, use the whole backyard! No going inside or going out on the road or the forest. Last, refill station is off limits! No one gets squirt in there until they step out. Got it?"

"Got it!" Yelled Adam and Landyon.

"Okay! Three, Two-" I screamed. "GOOOOOO!"

I ran to the pile. I grabbed two hand guns and a huge water gun. I ran to the backyard. I pressed against my house in the shade, even though it won't help me much since the neon swimsuit. I set down the huge gun, held the two hand guns in each hand, and peeked over the corner. Water was shot at my forehead.

"Gotcha!" Shouted Landyon, squirting me again.

I started squirting as I ran from him, leaving the big gun there. I ran back to the pile. I looked at my guns. Empty. I looked at the re fill station. Empty. I ran to it. I got squirt in the leg by Adam, but kept pushing. I turned the hose on and filled my guns. Adam put the water gun to my head.

"Come out slowly and drop your weapons." Said Adam.

I rapidly looked around. I'm screwed. Then it hit me. I sprayed Adam with the hose. He staggered a few steps back. I ran to the pile and grabbed a water balloon. I threw at him and ran.

"Hey!" Shouted Adam, running after me.

He tackled me. I slid in the grass and mud. He rolled off of me. I shot to my feet. I was covered in mud, head to toe.

"Ewwwwww!" I screamed, wiping the mud off of me. I tasted something. "Awwww! Ewwww! It's in my mouth! It's in MY MOUTH!" I wiped my tongue, but that just put more mud on it.

"Come on. Let's get you cleaned off." Adam pulled me back to the pile.

He grabbed the hose. He put his thumb over the opening of the hose and sprayed me. My instinct was to run, but I really wanted this mud off. I scrub till it was gone. I was pulled into Adam's arms. Water poured all around us, mostly soaking Adam. Landyon rolled on the ground, bucket in hand and laughing.

I grabbed the hose and sprayed him.

"Hey!" Lanydon shouted, shooting to his feet. "What was that for?"

"It's the Water Games. Anything can happen." I said, dropping the hose and turning the water off. "Anyway, we'll call it a draw. Let's start cleaning." I picked up water balloon bits while Lanydon and Adam picked up the water guns.

Lanydon pulled his car inside the garage. He came out and sighed. "He a good kid!" He smiled. "And a good singer. You guys can be together."

I squealed and hugged Landyon. "How did you know he was a singer?" I whispered in his ear.

"Word gets around." Thats all he said.

I squealed again and hugged Adam. My happiest moment! Now being crushed. A car pulled up the drive way. The door opened and a heeled shoe and manicured fingers came out. Adam pulled my closer to me. I could feel him tense up. Red curls popped out of the car.

"Mom?!" Yelled me and Landyon.
