The police called the bobbies(police in London,England) and they had to explain to them why they needed a warrant.

The Bobbies kicked down the door so hard the people on the floor above and below them could here it,but all they found was furniture everything else like his clothes,toothbrush,shampoo and food were nowhere in that apartment. He was no where to be seen,so this made the search difficult and they told the force that was looking for Allison and her mother in the U.S that they have found nothing.
~Back in the U.S~
"As of right now there is no one in the apartment and also it was strange there was nothing there except furniture." One of the bobbies said on the phone.
"Damn it I was hoping that he would be there so we could take him into for questioning. Well at least we know that he could be the one who took them thanks have a great rest of your day."
"We'll keep an eye on the apartment and set up a camera for if he comes back." Then the Bobby hung up.
Everyone was up until 1 am looking but came up with nothing they have lost any ideas of where he could be.
