Getting the strawberry's out I start cutting them up without saying a word
Picking up the knife I say "I'm gonna give you all 10 fucking seconds to tell me why I woke up to Lijah screaming and all of you staring at me while I'm asleep"
Lijah nervously says "well we kinda found online that today was your birthday and we want to uh you know surprise you"
With a sigh I say "thanks but I don't celebrate my birthday"
I haven't celebrated it since she's died

She died on our birthday

I curiously raise my eyebrows I didn't even do anything
