Me and Carmen have been home for a day now and I'm getting her ready to take her to the doctors. I'm currently dressed in skinny flare denim jeans with a black braided belt. A creamish color shirt that has flowers all over it and a plum purple cardigan. I bought this outfit like a while ago from Kmart. I will admit I have an obsession with the dream out loud collection they have there. I slipped on some flats and went to go see what Carmen had picked out for her self since she insisted that she didn't need any help from me.
I walked into her room to see her pulling on jeans and a blue spaghetti strap tank top.
"Put on a jacket or cardigan sweetie it's a little chilly out." I said leaning against the door.
"Kay mommy! Where's my shoes?" She asked sweetly.
"I'll get them for you." I told her and walked over to her closet bending down to pick up her black converse and pulling a white cardigan off the hanger. "Here slip this on and ill help you put your shoes on baby."
She put the sweater on and sat on the edge of her bed waiting for me to slip socks and the shoes onto her feet.
"All done bug. Lets go." I got up and went to grab my purse, keys, and phone before going downstairs to tell mom and dad we are off.
They took the news of Carmen's tumor pretty well but truthfully I think they are only staying calm for me.
"Mommy when am I gonna see daddy again?" Carmen asked as we went out the door.
"Don't know baby we will call him later okay?"
"Kay!" She smiled and climbed into the car. I buckled her up and went to the front seat.

"Hello Aria and Carmen!" Dr. Haynes greeted us walking into the little room we where in.
"Hi!" Carmen waved.
"So, how has she been? Tired? Weak?" He asked me.
"Very tired she just not showing it now. And yes she has been weak. I'm also still seeing blood in her urine." I told him.
"You will. I want to start her on chemo. It's totally up to you though. She will start loosing her hair and become even more tired and weak with it. I also must mention she will not be able to hold down food to well while being on the chemo." He explained.
"Will the chemo get rid of it?" I asked.
"Most of it yes. After that we might need to do a small surgery to get the rest of the tumor out." Dr. Haynes also said.
"We will do the chemo. If it will help then yes do it. I just have one question." I said looking down.
"I will try to answer the best that I can." He smiled.
"Will it ever be one hundred percent gone?" I asked hopeful.
"There's always a chance that it won't." He said "Aria I will do my best to make your daughter healthier again."
"Thank you. So, now back to everything, when does the chemo start?" I asked on the brink of tears, I just don't want to cry in front of the doctor and Carmen.
"Well since its Sunday we will start tomorrow and she will need to come on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for a few weeks then we will see from there. I say about ten treatments and then we will do another test." Dr. Haynes said while writing stuff down.
"So see you tomorrow then?" I asked and got up from my seat.
"Yes, you girls are ready to leave now. Bye Carmen! Bye Aria." He waved ad left the room.
