They continued to walk around, Georges following Father Trennes. He was confused when Father Trennes went in the playground. He said in his thoughts that it leads to him and Alexandre's hiding place. Father Trennes went further, and further until they got to the greenhouse and the hut. Georges stopped walking as he crossed the bushy part of the way. He didn't got close to the greenhouse nor the hut and stayed still in his position. He was shocked- How could Father Trennes know about this place?- Georges' eyes got a little wider with a face covered in his frustration, fear and, temper. His face was unexplainable. He stared in Father Trennes' soul. His chest was bursting out inside but left no sign in his actions or in any outside matters. Father Trennes took a deep breathe, a heavy one, before opening his mouth.
"Remember what I said earlier? That I have something to tell?" He said.
Georges replied, "Was it important?", sarcastically but in a serious manner.
"I suppose", as Father Trennes responded.
"This is, I think the time I should free the truths." Georges couldn't get into his head. He knew where this is going but he let Father Trennes continue.

"I give my earnest apology, Georges." Father Trennes uttered. He looks scared and seems to be cracking his voice. He stopped and sighed. Father Trennes' mouth was trembling with fear of telling the truth. He said that "Once a deprived truth is revealed, it will cause so much pain. So Georges, keep it together. I don't want you to live in lies." Georges nodded with his face turning into frown or rather, rage. Father Trennes didn't want the conversation to last long. He decided to say the truth straight, forward and direct. But all of a sudden, he thought of Georges, and how will he be treated by him after the revelation.

"Georges, I am..." He stopped immediately and felt like his mouth is preventing him to tell the truth. He breathed in deeply and continued.
"Georges, now that we're here, I think, you already know what the truth is. You are not a stupid man, Georges. But to tell it directly to you. I preserved courage to say it." He stopped and remained silence. The ambience changed so as Georges' mood. The area was filled with fighting rage and mighty fear. As the silence went down, Father Trennes already said his words.
"Georges, I am the one who told Father Lauzon about your hiding place. I told him everything before I leave that's why I was certain. Lauzon was the one to lock the greenhouse to bust you out two. But I didn't know, it will lead to misfortune."
He went closer to Georges and he walked closer, Georges stay away and moved back. He told Father Trennes to not move any closer to him. He said that he likes that better. Father Trennes understood and moved away from him, he left a phrase that echoed in Georges' mind.
"You may never forgive me Georges, but I'm praying to God, that you find peace in the truth, I owed you."

"Go on child, continue living,
The life you reclaimed,
The live that's not been taken from you.
For Alexandre."

(As his life, continues...)
