Thrall, Dranosh, and Vol'jin assemble their troops that they will bring with them to the Echo Isles. The rugged isles are located along the shores of the Barrens near the northeastern coasts of Durotar. Three days later, the fleet of the Horde land on the sandy shores of Pyre Island, the southern portion archipelagic region of the Echo Isles. The Pyre Island is the isle where Rexxar once lit the multiple braziers that signified the mass evacuation of the Darkspear trolls during the war against Kul Tiras. Upon entering the wild island jungle, the forces of the Horde settled themselves and constructed a new camp upon a nearby vacant goldmine. There are two major naga encampments upon the Echo Isles. The first naga base is located in the former capital village of the Darkspear trolls on the main center island. The second naga camp is located on an outlying island in the northwest of the region, which was one of the outlying coastal settlements of the trolls destroyed by the forces of Kul Tiras.

Dranosh: "At last, we have arrived on these isles! Now, we must search for Zar'jira and her naga!"

Vol'jin: "It be a long time since I was last in these isles! We be forced to leave this place when the fleet of Admiral Proudmoore attacked us. Now, the cursed sea witch that already once invaded our former islands has taken over Echo Isles as well! She already took so many of our rightful homes!"

Thrall: "I promise that we will reclaim these isles, Vol'jin. You and your tribe can return here once we defeat Zar'jira and her servants. Ready yourselves, my brethren! We shall hunt the naga down!"

Thrall and Dranosh muster their own warriors within their encampment that they shall lead against the naga forces. After assembling a full army of grunts, troll berserkers, raiders, shamans and witch doctors; Thrall, Dranosh, and Vol'jin lead the forces of the Horde through the rugged island jungles in search of the naga on the region. The forces of the Horde fight their way through different groups of wild hostile creatures such as sea giants, hydras, and makruras. Upon reaching the other end of Pyre Island, the forces of the Horde board themselves in some transport ships that they have bought from a nearby neutral goblin shipyard. With the new boats acquired, the forces of the Horde briefly sail to the northern direction towards the nearby main middle island in the region of the Echo Isles.

Having landed on the western area of the large center island, the forces of the Horde enter the deep jungle in a continuation of their search for the naga camp in the region. Upon venturing the jungles, the forces of the Horde encountered more various hostile creatures on different areas such as jungle stalkers, spider crabs, skeletal orcs, and undead sea revenants. Fighting their way through the wild jungles, the forces of the Horde eventually reached the former capital village of the jungle trolls in Echo Isles. The naga are now occupying the site as they had made their own encampment over the ruined village. The base is built with great defenses, and is protected by a group of mur'gul reavers, snap dragons, dragon turtles, naga sirens, naga myrmidons, and a few of the elite naga royal guards.

Dranosh: "Wait, look there! We have finally found the encampment of the serpents, Warchief!"

Vol'jin: "This site used to be my own village, mon! It be our main capital here in Echo Isles. Now, the cursed naga be using our ruined homes as their own camp! We must retake it from them, mon!"

Thrall: "Then we shall, Vol'jin! We shall crush all these vile mongrels, and retake the entire place!"

Dranosh: "Lok-tar ogar! Come, warriors of the Horde! Let us cut all of those naga down to pieces!"
