Hiccup's POV

It was dark. That got me a tad bit freaked out, all things considered. My dream-well nightmare- from last night.

I thrashed around and felt I was falling and I heard a thump. I saw a small sliver of light beaming through wherever I was trapped. Oh, it must have been that bag! Drago's men... the dragon attack! I had to get back to Berk.

I put my fingers to the light and pulled it open. The light shined in my face and I squinted not expecting the sudden rush of daylight.

"He's awake!" Someone whispered. I shielded my eyes from the sun and finally made out two shapes.

They were men. One was large and lean. The other was short and stoutly. They were complete opposites and I would have laughed if not for the circumstance.

"Ah, you are the Dragon Conquerer aren't you, Hiccup?" The short one growled.

"Dragon trainer." I corrected, not showing any fear.

I looked around. I was behind bars on a large ship, with the sun blaring down on me. I couldn't escape the cage.

"I'm Timere and this is Duffly." The short one continued.

"Duffly?" I snorted.

"You can't be talking, HICCUP." Duffle shot back in defense. That was fair.

"Shut up both of you!" Timere snapped. "The one who is captain here is Jin. If you try to escape, she'll have your head." He said this in a warning tone.

I was realizing that with each passing minute I was gathering up more and more fear. My hands were bound by metal handcuffs and my feet were covered in bruises. So much that I couldn't move them.

"What are you doing?" I yelled. "Let me go back to Berk!"

"I'll tell you what we are doing." A deep and mysterious female voice from behind said quietly. I spun around and outside of my cage stood a dark haired tall woman about my age with an eyepatch like a pirate.

But I looked closer and gasped. "Heather?"

"My name is Jin now Hiccup." She scoffed.

"What happened!? I thought you changed!" I was furious.

"I did change Hiccup. Then, I changed back. We all did and everyone will." She had swords in her belt and scars on her arms.

Heather, or Jin, was different. Not the girl I used to know that double-crossed us for Alvin the Treacherous. That girl changed and helped us!

"Heather-"

"Jin."

"Jim. Why are you doing this!?"

"My. Name. Is. Jin! Drago will be pleased that I have you!" She laughed. She drew a sword and threw it at me. It nicked my ear and spun right out of my cage and gave Timere a haircut.

"My hair!" He screeched and reached to the top of his now bald strip of skin. Jin walked by and flirtatiously put her fingers delicately under his chin.

"I like it this way." She cooed. He got a giddy smile and Jin walked away and under her breath she mumbled "idiots."

Duffy and Timere didn't here her though and followed her to the hull.

I sat there, scared and confused. What was going to happen to me now?
