Ok- so I was originally doing this as a small little Drabble sorta thing but people are actually reading it now SO-

I'm making another one, it's the exact same except the pronouns are he/him. So if that suits you more then it's literally called 'odd ones out [camilo x male reader]' so :))))

"Camilo"

The curly haired boy hummed on acknowledgment, his fingers running through the girls hair as he carefully knitted her soft curls into a braid.

"You don't think mirabel is- lying-... do you..?"

"Um... I'm not really sure." He sighed weaving the ends together and tying it together with the band he had next to him. "Knowing mirabel tho, there's no way she would've done it to ruin Antonio's night. But you saw for yourself, there weren't any cracks, and the candle was fine." He said softly, tapping y/n's head to signal he was done.

Her back drooped and she sighed "I guess so." She mumbled taking the end of her braid and looking at it.

She chuckled softly before looking over at Camilo. "I'll never get how you do this so well?"

He laughed and stood from his bed. "Mami taught me. You'd be surprised how handy it comes in when you live in a house with 12 people- 8 of them being girls" he shrugged, pulling his ruana off and hanging it on a coat hanger before putting it back in his closet.

"Uhuh- right well I guess I'll have to ask señorita Pepa for some lessons- you do it better then I do" she laughed.

"Hey- I am right here ya know-!" he said dramatically slapping a hand to his chest in an offended manor.

"Your point being?" She asked nonchalantly as she stood up and flicked her now braided hair back over her shoulder.

He pouted before crossing his arms and muttering "I could teach you"

"Pft- and how far do you think that would get me exactly?" She laughed.

He scoffed and turned his head away from her.

"Fine! You don't deserve to be taught by the master anyway-!"

"Oh c'mon I was kidding- I'm joking- i was joking. :)"

He peaked at her through a side eye and rolled his eyes before dropping his arms.

"I hate how I can literally never stay mad at you." He grumbled.

Y/n hummed, moving a hand to brush away hair from his forehead before she then gently placed both her hands on either side of his face.

He straightened slightly, to stand up properly instead of hunched over and sulking like a small toddler, when his eyes met her.
