she lied on her bed,
watching her entire world crumble around her.
she couldn't do anything but stare blankly.
even when she pushed herself away, she battled for you.
but she is exhausted now,
exhausted from fighting,
from waiting, from hurting,
she no longer cries,
she only holds her breath,
suffocating her feelings before they strangle her.
listening to her guardian angel murmur in her ear :
" please stop destroying what is left of your heart
by dwelling over the things that have broken you "
