I stepped inside, warily searching for my surroundings. I grabbed my flashlight and shone it into the establishment.
"Let's commit some Arson again." I said with a grin creeping its way onto my face.
"Has it already been 5 years?" I ask myself, wincing at the thought of my past.
5 Years Earlier:
I was a Staff Sergeant in the United States Army, just finishing my Counter EID training and was being sent to Switzerland to finish my other Military studies.
Me and Johaan had been through hell and back in the Army and when I got selected to go to Switzerland Johaan couldn't do anything but salute me and allow his love to further advance my career.
Johaan always looked out for me, pushed me to be the best version of what I could be and was a major reason I made it this far in my career. There was no actions or expressions to show him how grateful I was for him.
"Don't come back thinking you're my boss kid" Johaan snarks, tears sneaking from his eyes. I laughed, fighting back tears, and hesitantly pulling away from what I was scared would be my last hug from him.
I walked onto the plane that would take me to Switzerland. I glance back out the window and see myself receiving a salute from Johaan . I respectfully salute back and then head towards my seat, to continue this long journey I had ahead of me.
"FUCK!" The man beside me all the sudden yells! I quickly look over to see a man clutching his chest and slamming his laptop shut as a greenish gold animatronic bunny suddenly appears on the screen in what looked to be a jump-scare.
I punched his arm, "What is your problem dude you about gave me a heart attack!" The man takes his airpod out his ear! "What the hell lady that hurt" he exclaims rubbing his arm. "I was playing Five Nights at Freddy's and SpringTrap just scared the hell out of me"
"We are on a plane why are you yelling like that!" I said in a loud whisper. "You clearly never played the game if you don't understand my frustration." The man laughs, "I'm Alexander by the way, but you can call me 'Your Man'."
I tell Alexander my name and scoffed at his cliché attempt to flirt with me. "I'll call you Alex idiot, now quiet down, and I'll have you know I know all about FNaF" Alex eyes widen and he shoots up an eyebrow surprised. "I might've just fell in love with you Y/n, now come let's play this game together. I can't beat the 5th night."
