Audrey waited a few minutes, turned into her wolf form. She eventually caught up to the army but stayed in the shadows. They eventually got to the fortress, and Audrey waited for about twenty minutes. She ran towards the back of the fortress where DeadEye was waiting for her.
"Get in here," he said.
Audrey followed DeadEye, and the plan was nearly finished.
"Did they suspect anything?" Audrey asked.
"No, but I think if they see you, you're a goner."
"Take me up there, and say that I wish to join The Red Wolves," Audrey said.
"That might work, but BloodWolf only chooses tough people to join."
"You mentioned that Dusk wanted to leave because of how much she sacrificed to join, right?" Audrey asked.
"Right. What are you thinking?"
"I'm thinking that she's not the only one who's against BloodWolf, I mean look at everyone, they're all miserable."
"You're right about that, even I was against her but in silence."
"That means that when she calls for help, no one will help her."
"Meaning?"
"That means that we can create a mutiny, and she wouldn't be able to do anything about it."
"I don't know, it's risky... but it could work."
"They don't know me, they won't listen," Audrey said.
"But they know my sister, and what she did. That gave them hope."
"They'll still never listen."
"Not to you, but maybe to me."
"What?"
"I'm BloodWolf's Beta, so they might listen to me. There's one problem though."
"What is it?"
"The guards need to know, and we need to convince them before we go in."
"We convince the village first, have them tie the guards up, then we convince them."
They saw a villager walk past.
"Villager," DeadEye said.
The villager looked at DeadEye with fear in his eyes.
"Y-yes?"
"We're about to start a mutiny against BloodWolf. Spread the word.
Eventually, the entire village heard the news, except of course BloodWolf and her guards. Everyone gathered inside the dark watchtower. DeadEye lit a candle and explained the plan. After he and Audrey explained what was going to happen, DeadEye explained what the villagers were going to do.
"Now, to get BloodWolf's guards to join us, we're going to need to tie them up. One of you will have to divert them both here.
"I'll do it," one villager said.
"Are you sure, this mission is very dangerous and could cost you your life?" Audrey said.
"Anything to be free," the villager said.
The villager ran up to BloodWolf's hut, and the entire village watched.
"Help! Help," he said.
"What is it, villager?" one guard said in a robot-like voice.
"The Lost Wolves are here, and they're taking hostages!" the villager said.
"Show us where they are," the other guard said also in a robot-like voice.
The villager walked to the watchtower with the guards following him. He took them inside the dark watchtower.
"Now!" he yelled.
The lights turned on, and everyone tied the guards up.
"How hard was it?" DeadEye asked.
"Difficult, it's as if they were under some sort of trance." the villager said.
Audrey lit up with an idea.
"Is there any silver here?" Audrey asked
"Just across the village, is a silver storage hut. BloodWolf keeps it there in case of emergencies," DeadEye said.
"We're going to need it," Audrey said.
Audrey and DeadEye decided that they should be the ones to get the silver. They ran across the village. Meanwhile, BloodWolf felt frustrated that everything was so quiet. She went outside her hut. Noticing this, DeadEye and Audrey ran to the storage quicker and quieter. They eventually got to the storage.
"How much will we need?" DeadEye asked.
"Enough to make handcuffs, and stop the guards' powers."
"That won't be much at all," DeadEye said.
They grabbed the silver and ran back to the watchtower. The silver was much heavier than Audrey thought it would be.
"We made it back, we're going to need handcuffs, is there a blacksmith?" DeadEye asked.
"I'm a blacksmith, and I'll take that silver." a villager said.
The blacksmith made the handcuffs and silver bracelets to stop the guards' powers.
DeadEye put the bracelets on the guards, and they seemed to be cured.
"Hey, we're going to need your help," Audrey said.
