Downfall

After two weeks have since The Plague's hideout has been exposed and many of the members have been killed or imprisoned things have been very quiet in the city which pleased Habiki Ito knowing that those villains that were a thorn in his side are no longer there, and since that the Public safety community has taken notice of this, so a group of their higher officials have driven to Habiki's place of business to personally promote him and celebrate his promotion as well, once arriving in front of the building they noticed that that the streets had no crime, instead there was just a citizens enjoying their day out, the officials went inside the building and were escorted to Habiki's office, once they arrived at the entrance of his office they were greeted Habiki's beautiful secretary, she welcomed them into his office where they then saw Habiki Ito looking out the window.

~Habiki~

"Welcome to my city gentleman."

He turns his back away from the window and grinned at the higher officials.

~Habiki~

"Please come in, have a seat."

Feeling welcomed the high officials took his offer and went over to take a seat on the couches that work in the center of the office, after that his secretary then left the room and he went over to the officials and sat in his chair while he leaned against his desk where he can look at each and every official that are sitting on the couch right in front.

~Habiki~

"So gentleman I take it that you are here to promote me for how well this city has been free of crime."

~Official 1~

"Yes we are here because of that."

~Official 2~

"But before your promotion you must answer a few questions for us."

~Habiki~

"At all means, ask away gentleman."

One of the officials pulls out a clipboard with some paper on it from his bag and hold it in his left hand, he then reaches inside of his jacket and pulled out some reading glasses to read the questions that are on the piece of paper.

~Official 1~

"First question, what are your thoughts on villains?"

~Habiki~

"That's a good question to ask me right away, well my thoughts on villains are the same thoughts of people."

~Official 3~

"What do you mean by that Mr. Ito?"

~Habiki~

"Well if you look at a normal person walking down the street you wouldn't know who they were and that goes for a villain as well, we do not know who these people are nor do we know where they came from, but I do know that they have a similarity, and that is that they're human like everyone else in this planet."

~Official 1~

"That was a good answer Mr. Ito, moving on to the second question, if a hero saved a villain what would you have to say about that?"

~Habiki~

"Well I will personally congratulate that hero that save that villain."

~Official 4~

"But what if the villain is responsible for multiple murders and destruction to the city?, Would you still congratulate a hero that has just saved a murderer and a terrorist?"

~Habiki~

"Yes I will still congratulate that hero because a villain's life is a life not with losing."
