The Son You Never Knew

A Night That Won't Be Forgotten

Once all six of the generals and Akimitsu's troops returned to the Tower they were greeted by all the other villains and the Templars as well, everyone already knew what they did to those Heroes over the news, all the villains and Templars cheered them on for their victory against those Heroes that tried to capture them, after that Akimitsu announce that there was going to be a celebration for what they did, and since saying that they immediately started celebrating, but as everyone else was celebrating Akuma was alone on the roof of the Tower leaning against the railings, he couldn't stop thinking on how he actually managed to save Oni since he was a far distance from her, but Akuma remembers when he close his eyes he felt a warm hand pushing forward and it wasn't the first time he felt a hand like that putting a difference situation, a situation that made Akuma the person he is now.

~1 year ago~

A year ago Akuma was just leaving the orphanage, he made that decision three months back after he left the hospital from his incident at the entrance exam from UA, after he stepped out of the orphanage and was going to walk to the nearest train station the overseer came out to see him one last time.

~Overseer~

"Akuma wait."

Akuma turned around to face the woman that took care of him in the orphanage.

~Akuma~

"Miss overseer, if you're going to try to stop me it's already too late, I've made up my mind and I'm leaving."

~Overseer~

"I know, I didn't come out here to stop you, I came out here to see you off."

The overseer goes up to him and places her hand on top of his scruffy hair that he once had.

~Overseer~

"I want you to take good care of yourself."

~Akuma~

"I will, thank you for taking care of me, I will repay you back someday."

~Overseer~

"Oh you don't have to do that, taking care of you and watching you grow was payment enough, you take good care of yourself now Akuma."

The overseer removes her hand from his head to allow Akuma to put his box of stuff down, after that he then hugged her.

~Akuma~

"I'll try to."

Akuma then let go of her and picked up his box of stuff and proceeded to head to the train station, she waved goodbye and as he walked away but shedded some tears from watching him go, once Akuma made it to the train station he got on to his train took him where he needed to go, after a 4 hour train ride he arrived at his destination, he got off the train and and headed to the apartment complex where he managed to save enough money move into, he soon arrived at the apartment complex when the sun went down, once he did get there the landlord gave him his key to the apartment that was on the 5th floor, after that he headed to his apartment, once he got there he got there he unlocked the door and stepped inside, he took off his shoes and went inside, he took a few steps inside until he was in the middle of the room, he placed his box of stuff down and walked over to the the balcony door and slid it open where he then steps onto the balcony and looks over and looks over the city that he just moved to, but a feeling comes to him a feeling that has been giving him depression ever since he was rejected from attending UA high, so without a second thought Akuma climbs over the balcony railing and holds on to it as he looks down the street below, he shut his eyes and begins to let go of the railing has he leaned forward to kill himself, but right when his fingers were just letting go of the railing he suddenly feels a warm hand grab him by his right shoulder which causes him to open his eyes and realize what he's about to do to himself, he quickly grabs onto the railing and begin to climb over it to get back onto the balcony, once he had his feet back on the balcony he went back inside of his apartment and fell to the floor which he then began crying, after a couple minutes of crying he got up from the floor and wiped his tears away, he then opened his box of stuff and pulled out his close that he had in there, once he took out all of his clothes from the box he then noticed that there was a small rectangular box in the very bottom, he takes it out and proceeds to open the rectangular box to pull out a hair trimmer that was given to him as a joke from one of the children at the orphanage since his hair was always so long and scruffy, Akuma forgot that he packed this, but as he held that hair trimmer in his right hand he knew what he could do with it, he went to the bathroom and stood in front of the mirror and began cutting his hair from the sides and the back, he even trimmed the top of his hair as well, after he finished he placed down the hair trimmer on the rim of the sink he leaned against I'm looking to the mirror and approved of his new look.

~Present~

After remembering that Akuma began wondering what exactly was that warm hand that grabbed him by the shoulder that night and a similar hand that pushed him forward to save Oni this night?

~Akuma's mind~

"What exactly is going on with me?"

Before he could think any further of that he suddenly feels two arms wrap around his stomach, Akuma looks down and sees that those arms that are wrapped around him are completely covered in tattoos which means there could be only one person that is doing this.

~Akuma~

"Oni?"

~Oni~

"Yeah, it's me."

Akuma turned his head around to see Oni resting the side of her face on his back

~Akuma~

"What are you doing?"

~Oni~

"Holding you of course."

~Akuma~

"Why?"

~Oni~

"Because I want to thank you for saving me."

~Akuma~

"It was really nothing, Akimitsu was the one that told me to head over there."

~Oni~

"Yeah I know, he told me, but still you were the one to come and save me."

Oni then let's go of Akuma where he then turns around to face her, she then looks up to the sky and see that there's a bunch of stars in the sky tonight.

~Oni~

"It's a beautiful night, don't you think so?"

Akuma looks up into the sky and sees the stars as well that are completely covering the sky tonight.

~Akuma~

"Yeah it sure is."

Oni looks back at a Akuma who is still looking up to the sky.

~Oni~

"But I think there's something else more beautiful then those stars in the sky."

~Akuma~

"Oh yeah, and what could that be?"

~Oni~

"This."

Suddenly Oni grabs onto Akuma's jacket which turns his attention back on to her, she then pulls him in and presses her lips against his which is a complete surprise for Akuma, she pulls away from him and looks at him with a smile and a bit of blush on her cheeks.

~Oni~

"That's what I think is beautiful, my love for you, I'm in love with you Akuma."

~Akuma~

"Oni, I don't know what to say."

~Oni~

"You don't have to say anything, just come to my room and you'll see how much I love you."

~Akuma~

"A-alright."

Oni then begin to take Akuma to her room was she will show him an experience that he will never forget in his life.
