Chapter 9: The World is Unknown to me

Opening his eyes, (Y/N) suddenly woke up as he thought that he was in his room. He was surprised to find that he was in a forest that seemed unknown to him. Confused, he observed the forest, wondering what he was doing here before noticing that it was a spring forest with no trace of snow, although he was used to the snow where he had lived during the last three years.

He saw his katana on the ground before picking it up and turning his attention to the trees that made him confused before feeling a soft wind which he had not felt for a long time as he got used to the cold wind, so it was strange for him. The worry rose in him before his stomach began to gurgle, demanding food, so he decided to go in search of something to eat through the forest.

(Y/N): Where am I? I'm not at Ringo, I must be in another region of Wano. However, how did I end up here? I was in my room before suddenly fainting... Did Kikunojo bring me here? Is it training from her?

He noticed apples in the trees before smiling and gathering the fruits with his power that he brought to him thanks to the wind. He amassed a number of fruits before sitting down against a huge rock and drooling at the sight of the fruits, which he quickly gobbled. He was eating peacefully as he observed the trees before hearing noises that seemed to come from on the other side of the rock. Curious, he looked over the rock to see a young girl who seemed to be the same age as him with short black hair who was reading a book before raising her head to meet (Y/N)'s eyes.

???: What?! She exclaimed before standing up and stepping back because of the distrust towards the boy who landed on the ground.

(Y/N): Hello! Don't worry, I'm not an enemy.

???: Who are you? What are you doing here?

(Y/N): I would like to know... I am (Y/N), I was in the vicinity before seeing you. Sorry if I surprised you, but I want to know something. Do you know where we are? He asked the girl who was observing him with questioning.

???: In a forest. (Y/N) stared at her before sighing at the answer of the girl, who seemed to laugh at him.

(Y/N): Okay, but where is it? Are we in the Flower Capital region or Kuri? I was at Ringo before suddenly finding myself here, it's really weird...

She crossed her arms as an arm bloomed on the boy's shoulder before disappearing into rose petals under the amazement of the boy, who had understood that she had eaten a devil fruit like him. She was afraid of his reaction, but she was surprised that he was admiring of her powers and excited to have met another person like him.
