It wasn't a very good day for Lisa as her 8 years old daughter, Liz who's living with her ex wife, Jennie asked for her presence on her play at her school. She wants to see her daughter of course but to see Jennie? She can't. She doesn't want to. Or maybe she wanted to but she's in denial.
"Do you want me to come with you there?"
Lisa shakes her head, "No need to Taehyung. I can handle it myself."
Lisa and Jennie divorced 3 years ago because apparently according to the both of them, they "fell out of love". But they were both foolish for that decision. Lisa really didn't just have time for Jennie considering Lisa is an idol with busy schedules especially her being a big star. The decision of them divorcing led their daughter Liz fall to depression and emotional breakdown, so she was needed to fall in therapy.
Jennie won Liz's custody for a good reason. And Lisa couldn't protest with it. Since she's a busy person, she won't have time for her daughter that's why Jennie won. Jennie owns a company where it runs on her own so she has time for their daughter and that's how she won for Liz's custody.
Lisa prepared herself for her daughter's play. She haven't really been in touch with her for months because of her world tour. She's working as an idol and she has work every other day.
"Do you atleast want me to drive you to your daughter's school?" Taehyung asked and Lisa thought for a second.
"You do know we're a hot topic these days right? How are you so cool with it? And you're an idol yourself too, I can't risk your exposure outside because of me."
Taehyung shrugged, "I have free time today and you know I'm the master of disguise."
Since she's tired from her practices last night, and she can't drive for an hour going to Liz's school, she agreed with Taehyung.
"Okay."
On the journey to the school, Lisa's phone keeps on ringing and vibrating. Her manager was nagging her on her whereabouts. But she doesn't have any plans telling her about it. This day is for her daughter who she missed so much.
Reaching the gates, she saw a familiar figure standing looking like she's waiting for someone. It was Jennie holding hands with Liz who was looking beautiful with her cute tiny dress that made Lisa smile.
She was busy looking at her ex wife who absolutely look stunning, she can't lie about that. That was one of the millions reasons she fell in love with her. And her daughter who was pouting. She didn't even realize that they were infront of the gates not until Taehyung opened the door for her.
Meanwhile with Jennie, she watched a man open the shotgun seat of a car revealing the person she and her daughter was waiting for. She scoffed mentally seeing her.
Lisa looked at Jennie's eyes and it was cold, it sent shiver throughout her spine.
"I'll get going, I think someone spotted me." Taehyung bid his farewell and quickly entered his car and drove away not to cause any ruckus.
"Mommy!" Liz tackled Lisa with a tight longing hug. "I miss you so much mommy. You haven't visited me for a long time."
Lisa kissed her daughter's head. "I'm sorry baby. I did try to file a vacation every end of my concerts but I really can't."
"That was a bold move of yours coming here with that man." Jennie suddenly blurted making Lisa look up meeting Jennie's intimidating cat eyes.
"Pardon?"
"You coming here with Taehyung and really infront of your daughter?" Jennie says.
Lisa only could only look at her ex wife confused. "I don't know what you're talking about Jennie."
