Ellie smiled, and Ellie held on to his hand.
Stefan spun Ellie around, and Ellie's back accidentally hit a man's behind her.
"Whoa. Watch it."
"I'm sorry. My fault. I'm clumsy." Ellie said.
"Then get off the dance floor."
"Excuse me?" Ellie asked.
Stefan stepped forward.
"That's no way to talk to a lady, or my girlfriend." Said Stefan.
"Whatever."
The guy went to turn away, but Stefan grabbed his arm and pulled him back.
"I think you need to apologise to the woman you were so rude to." Stefan says, compelling him.
"I'm sorry."
Stefan let him go, grabbing him again.
"Now say it like you mean it." Stefan said, compelling him.
"I'm really, really sorry. I shouldn't have spoken to you like that. I don't know why I did it. I'm really sorry."
"Stefan, it's fine." Said Ellie.
"Now walk away." Stefan says, shoving him away.
The man walked away, and Ellie placed her hand on Stefan's arm.
"You all right?" Stefan asked, placing his hand on her cheek. "What a douche bag."
Ellie just nodded.

"Have you noticed what your brother's up to?" Asked Elena. "He's proper scared, Ellie."
"No. I've been preoccupied with yours." Damon mumbled.
Elena and Ellie looked at Damon.
"Jeremy's been asking questions about Vicki Donovan's death." Damon says.
