Y/n POV:

You stormed up to yoru MORE than a little pissed off.

Yoru:I got it-

He turned to you

Yoru:evac should be here any-

You grabbed him by the collar and shoved him back.

Y/n:I did EVERYTHING you asked! Now tell me what the hells going on!

Yoru:I understand your confusion...and anger. But never touch me again.

He straightened his jacket and took a quick breath.

Yoru: a couple years back, we received a radianite spike the likes of which the world had never seen before the first light. It turned out that once we confronted the source...it was some form of teleportation. There were people teleporting from a world very similar to ours, all the way to here. We called the place that they came from mirror earth, and as far as we know we each have a copy of our self's living in this mirror earth.

Y/n:wait wait, your saying that there's a completely different version of earth that's sending OUR duplicates to attack us?

Yoru:not attack.

He grabbed the spike and placed it In front of you.

Yoru:steal. Remember when we said that the enemy likes to take our radianite? Ever since they got here it's all they've ever cared about, our guess is mirror earth must be running low on radianite. There world is running out of its leading power source...so they came to OUR earth to get some more.

Y/n:but if there running low...that means they want to take-

Yoru:all of it. Every. Last. Pebble. They could give a damn what happens to us.

You rubbed your face as you finally realized the situation.

Y/n:we can't let that happen...

Yoru:no, we can't...it's mainly how brimstone managed to get all of us to work together dispute our differences. If we don't come together and stop mirror earth....we're all dead.

Finally the dropship arrived as it jumped into the atmosphere. As it slowly began to land you had just one more question to ask yoru.

Y/n:so...I'm guessing there's a clone a me?

Yoru:oh of course, and now that they know you've joined they'll be recruiting your copy to. Wonder how you'll be as an enemy?

Y/n:but...we killed everyone here!

Yoru:death is not a threat with the valorant protocol.

Y/n:huh?

Phoenix:yo! Let's get going!

You noticed the ship had landed and forced yourself out of your thoughts. As you boarded the ship you sat down and rubbed your chin. The ship then began to take off.

Yoru:look, if it's any consolation...You get used to it. All of this, fighting yourself, Fighting other monsters, it all slowly becomes normal. Just give it time.

Y/n:that's...actually nice. Thanks.

Phoenix:didn't even know you were capable of that yoru! Guess you actually DO like the new guy-

Yoru:i just don't want him to do anything stupid, Keeping him calm might help. That...and I slightly respect him. I've heard of his deeds, most people SAY they want to be a hero but when the time comes? They never follow through,

He gestured to you.

Yoru:he did though. Many people may not agree with his ideology but they have to admit It's admirable.
