The Worst Generations Duo (Eustass Kid x reader)

Chapter 16: Gathered.

You yawned and let go of kidd so you don't get in the way when he's fighting.

"Get ready!" You heard the marines say. "All four of them are captains! They're spearheading the attack!"

"Hah?! We're spearheading the attack?!" You yelled in anger. "Are you serious?!"

"Monkey D. luffy, worth 300 million. Eustass Captain kid, worth 650 million! Y/n l/n, worth 750 million! And Trafalgar law, worth 200 million! All four of the have bounties over 200 million!"

As the marines began attacking, 4 mortars fired. Luffy bounced the cannonball (Is that what they fired at them? I think so.) Kidd repealed his, Law made a room and cut off the head of a marine, and shambled it with the cannonball, while you used a hardened bone to pierce the cannonball, and sent both items flying back at the marines. Their equipment was exploded, their first attack fended off easily.

"Watch out! All four of them have powers!"

"Tsk. They knew about our bounties and names and everything, shouldn't they have been informed of our devil fruits too?" You mutter to yourself in slight disbelief.

"Leave enough people to rescue the hostages, and gather all of our men here!" A captain said.

As the marines pointed their guns at the group, Kidd pushed you back slightly and blocked law and luffy. "Don't either of you do anything. You'll just get in the way!" Kidd said.

'Oh. So law and luffy? Not me? He's kinda-' Your thoughts were cut off when Luffy yelled "Leave it to me" And ran off.

"Fire!"

As the marines fired, luffy stretched his fingers to create a net and caught the cannonballs before spinning around.

One escaped, flying towards you kidd and law. You quickly ran to the side with kidd and glared at the rubber man.

"Are you insane?!" You yell. "What are you doing?!"

"Straw hat! You really are screwed up in the head!" Kidd yelled as you nod in agreement.

The marines had decided to start with luffy, and charged at him. But before they can reach him, luffy let the cannonballs he caught earlier go, the marines running back to avoid them. The marines fired yet again, and sent men after him. They just don't know when to give up. they're obviously trying to buy time

The weapons on the ground was suddenly liften in the air, and flew towards you and kidd. When the marines glanced up to see what was happening, they were confused.

"Towards himself?"

"Does he wanna die?"

Before the weapons could touch the red-head though, he repealed them, sending the weapons flying towards the marines, the guns going off. Having no choice, the marines had to retreat back yet again.

You let out a satisfied huff and grinned happily. "You marines are really dumb." You said puffing out your chest, boasting. "Do you really think that you can ever defeat us especially with no admirals here?" You said grinning at them.

"There's absolutely no way you can defeat us. Especially Kid!" you say happily. "He's as strong as me, and there's no way, ZERO, chance you low rank marines can beat him!"

"Has admiral Kizaru arrived yet?" you heard the captain ask.

"No, sir! But i think he'll be here shortly!"

You paused and poked kid to get his Attention. "You heard them?" You ask as he grinned.

"Yeah. I heard 'em."

"You guys sure got weird powers!" Luffy said as your eye twitched, and a scream was heard in the crowd of marines.

"Hah?! My power? Weird?!" You said your eye twitching, slightly triggered. "I say your power is the weirdest one here!"

"Hm? Really?"

You sweatdropped at his simple and carefree answer. He's insane. You glanced at the marines pointing their guns at you guys. You sighed and scratched your head. Something felt a bit off.

"I can't believe Mortars don't work on any them!"

'I mean, they could work on me but... i would have sent bones to make them explode before they got too close.'

"They really do live up to their notorious names!" Another marine said.

"This is no time to be impressed! Hold out until the admiral arrives!"

"Like we can really wait that long." law said, tossing the head of the marine he cut off up and down before throwing the head at the marines. As law did his own thing, you glanced around. The marines talking about the admirals before said 'Kizaru'.... Right?

As shocked gasps and shouts reached your ears, you were brought back into reality. The three captains were attacking the marines. Kid had created a huge arm made of weapons, and you stared at it in shock.

"whoah."

Kidd and luffy's attacks had sent the marines to run away, some unfortunate souls getting caught in the attack. The crew inside the auction house had appeared outside behind you. You sighed, staring at the metal and marines on the ground.

"I didn't even get to do anything." You said in disappointment. "But... There's still a few marines left. I wanna have my fun." You said and stretched your hand out, a few marines began screaming as their bones began to twist and turn and break from inside their body. Too bad there was only a few marines that was within your attack range.

The captain of those marines seems to have said something, and now all the marines there is charging straight at the pirate groups gathered.

"Here we go." Kidd said. "They got no plan at all, it's a free-for-all now."

"Oh, i'm back to normal now!" Luffy said as he turned back into his original size. For some reason, he became tiny.

"Alright straw hat. I'm glad i got a chance to met you. but next time we meet, i won't show any mercy." Kid said glancing at luffy. It was silent as you watched from slightly behind kid, your hands grasping his feathery coat.

"But i'm gonna find the one piece." Luffy said as you mentally sighed. This guy's insane. He's definitely going to find the one piece the hard way. Both kidd's and law's eyes twitched when they heard this. Kidd wasn't too surprised when he heard it, because he remembers what you had told him when you first met faintly.

'Yes. Insane.'
