Chapter twenty four: Parenthood isn't easy

Bakugou looks over to kirishima and recorgnises the slight panic on his face, so he discreetly takes his hand. Kirishima looks up quickly and smiles slightly, then he holds bakugou's hand in his, finding comfort in the action.

That's when he gets a message and he looks at it:

Father: 'You better not say anything. I will keep my promise.'

Kirishima's breath hitches slightly and then mina looks over, seeing him staring at a phone screen and she asks "Who texted you..?"

Kirishima looks up and shakes his head, then smiles slightly "No one."

Mina: "Kiri-"

Bakugou: "Don't."

Mina only nods slightly and looks away. Bakugou stands up and kirishima looks up at him, then nods knowing bakugou was asking him if he wanted to leave. It doesn't take him to be told twice, so he nods back and takes him to his room, putting kirishima on his bed and then going and getting one of his hoodies. It resembles bakugou's hero costume and he passes that to kirishima, who smiles and changes into it, then bakugou leaves him to rest, going back to the others.

Mina: "He still tired?"

Bakugou only hums and sits down, then kana says "...he's awfully tired for a healthy person..... does he have any medical conditions?"

Bakugou thinks for a moment, before replying with "No, he's just being booted every 5 minutes."

Mitsuki chuckles slightly "Ah, not quite used to that yet?"

Bakugou shakes his head and mina shivers "...you can see the foot..... it's weird, ok? It's weird."

Masaru suddenly catches on and he asks "...he's pregnant?"

Bakugou looks up "Oh, so you finally caught on, did you? Took you long enough."

Inko tilts her head "A male omega..? That's... dangerous actually.."

Midoriya looks at her and raises an eyebrow "What's dangerous about it?"

Todoroki: "...male omegas are constantly targeted.... especially prime male omegas... they're the most valuable.. often sold or used simply to breed. It's.... not nice. That's why we can't tell anyone about it, he has kept up a reputation of being either a beta or an alpha and we need to keep it that way. All for one hates his family as it is, if he finds this out, kirishima is so much easier to catch... but the same goes for prime alphas... they're constantly hunted down. It's dangerous to be one of them as well.... which is also why kirishima tries so hard to hide the bump, we're literally the only people in our class that know about it. Obviously, the teachers do, but... that's for safety reasons."

Mina hums and nods slightly "...it's sad, but they're so rare that no one has made an effort to stop it..... and unfortunately, kirishima isn't just a male omega, he is in fact a prime male omega... which just makes everything worse.."

Kaminari nods slightly and then inko says "....that's.. not great."

Bakugou sits back in his seat and then kana asks "Wait. Who's the father, because if your teacher was talking to us about it, does that mean-?"

Bakugou looks over to her and nods, then masaru asks "I thought you said you were just friends?"

Bakugou face palms slightly and says "We are."
