Hello and welcome to get another story. I'm more than excited for this one, which I literally say about all of my books. But it's true. I have big plans for this boom, it's been patiently waiting in my drafts for a long while.

If you didn't read the tags, I'll remind you that this will be a Historical Fiction book, my first one in this era. I genuinely can't wait to start writing it. I feel like the storyline is very different from anything I've seen or read on here, and that's really what I was going for.

Any similarities to any other book is purely coincidence. All ideas, characters, plots, etc are solely my own. This is all a figment of my imagination that I've brought to life in a way.

This book is labeled mature for a reason. There will be mature language, some violence, and mature scenes because that is my specialty. If that makes you uncomfortable please do not read or force yourself to read.

A Little Disclaimer: The time period is right after slavery. This is my heads up before anyone reads/gets too far in.
Racial slurs and race-based hatred may be seen in this book. In case anyone was worried, I am a black woman and I obviously do not support racism. I am also not from said time period and I'm not a professional so there are bound to be mistakes.

Please excuse them in advance. Also this is a safe space, like with all of my books. Disrespect, hatred, and negativity is not allowed. Do not disrespect me or my readers. Do not disrespect my characters or my writing either. Please know that I am not afraid to curse anyone out. I will do it. Don't fuck around and find out the hard way.
