Woooooo! Update!

I hope you enjoy this extra chapter about Zayn and Louis from their first meeting to their present day lives in the story. (I personally love their friendship!)

Couple of questions:

1) Should I continue posting extra chapters here or move them all to a separate book?

2) If I did make a separate book, would you guys be interested in short stories from Louis and Harry's parents' POV and maybe more in-depth character perspectives?

Let me know!

Which extra scene would you want next? The night of H's parents death and Louis' father's death or Louis and Harry's anniversary in Italy?

Enjoy!

Age 15, Zayn:

"I think that's mostly everyone. Let me introduce you to one final person." The man showing me around was named Isaac, and I was told that he was the second in command of the gang. The right hand man to the leader, who I've only met once with my dad.

I followed him through the base, seeing him casually wave at other members or have short conversations as we walked from room to room. Eventually, we walked into a rather large room, and Isaac held out his hand in front of me to make me pause.

"They're in the middle of training," He whispered, motioning over to where a boy was running through some sort of obstacle course.

He looked smaller than I was, and he was on the more lean side. He was moving at an incredible speed. It seemed as if he didn't even have to think before making a decision and moving through the course without faltering. Each movement was made with steady precision. There didn't seem to be any room for improvement, and I wondered how that was possible for someone our age.

Towards the end of the course, there were three men ready to ambush him. He was completely unfazed, continuing on towards them without any hesitation. He knocked a gun out of one guy's hand before pushing him to topple into another. He ducked as a fist flung out at him, and he swiped out the man's legs from underneath him. The fight didn't take very long at all. All three men were on the ground in a matter of a couple minutes. Then, a loud buzz was ringing, and everyone came out of their trances to reset the course.

"There's the boss," Isaac said, nodding his head over to where a taller, burlier man was walking towards the boy who just completed the obstacle course. "Follow me." We approached the pair, who seemed to be in a tense conversation.

"You did really well. You beat your previous time, but you still made some mistakes."

Mistakes? I had to stop myself from gasping out the word. Every move the boy made seemed flawless and extremely polished. What mistakes?

"Still did better than any of your fucking men could do," The boy scoffed. Was it alright to speak to the boss that way?

"Louis," The boss spoke sternly, "watch your tone. You're aware of the mistakes you made, aren't you?"

The boy was silent for a moment, his eyes drifting over to Isaac and me as he took in our approaching figures. His father turned to see who he was looking at, and he smiled casually at us.

"Ah, Isaac. This must be our newest recruit. What's your name?" The leader held his hand out to me, and I didn't hesitate before accepting the handshake. It was polite, and my father always reminded me not to get on the boss' bad side.
