I couldn't hold back the scrunch up in my face from the strong smell of cleaning products in the hospital room Tomorrow the final rounds start and naruto still hasn't woken up, he wasn't making any sound or had any bruisings he just looked peaceful "tell me why we came here again, fuck I hate these depressing places" Min sighs tiredly. I point and She shot a glance at the sleeping boy "because he's a moron" I comment, overdueing it as Normal working with jiriayah

I look at the door way, smiling seeing the visitor "shikamaru What are you doing here?" I ask, leaning back into the chair kicking the free one in his direction "just wanted to stop by" shikamaru walked in sitting on the welcoming chair,  with a basket of fruit in his hand "and you brought food?" I smirked

He rolled his eyes "it was for choji but his doctors say he cant have it" Min grabs a odd grape and pops it into her mouth "it's not sushi, but it's good enough"
"Its mostly for naruto you idiot" I state, in response she opened her mouth showing the chewed up grape. I gag turning away from the ugly sight "dude! Fuck off!"

Shikamaru let out his own laugh before looking at naruto with a tired sigh "are you going to get up anytime soon? It's such a drag" I giggle a little at the impatient boy "he will wake shikamaru. He's only been asleep for three days I'm sure he will wake up soon" I assure him 

Shikamaru sighs again "how long have you two been here?" Min and I share a look, trying to remember when we got here "I think the day he was admitted so...three days?"

Shikamaru didn't judge us, he sat back and looked like he was going to stick around "yea well- hey" his focus falling on the hour glass full of green sand "what?" I raise a eyebrow 

He shakes his head with furrow eyebrows "the sands stopped. Maybe they forgot to wind it" Wind it? I look at the sand, shikamaru was right it had stopped "that's weird" narrowing my sight on the stopped sand

A gasp from the bed caught the three of our attention to the pair of blue eyes starring back at us "there he is!" I grin "fucking finally!" Min cheered wearing her own grin moving from her spot by the windowsill

"So you decided to wake up huh?" Shikamaru smiles along side me "w-where am I?!" The sleepless boy suddenly had a burst of energy when his eyes landed on min, then to me. He grinned "min-chan! Sophia-chan!" Min gave him a harge hug, losing her attitude to a welcoming smile. Naruto engulfed me in a hug after releasing from min, his hold held too much power "oi! You need to be careful! Especially cutting it close to the final exam!" His facials looked confused "you have been asleep for three days straight naruto" shikamaru announced looking at the blonde 

Narutos face changed from happiness to complete shock "three days straight?!?!" 

Shikamaru moved back with a shocked face, I almost laughed from the look of horror "when is the final competition?!?!" Naruto zapped his head between shikamaru, min, then i "it's tomorrow" naruto yelled letting me go, grabbing the shocked shikamaru's collor of his shirt holding shikamarus face close to his "are you crazy?!? Why didn't you guys wake me up!? I need to be getting ready! And where's pervy sage that old bastard was suppose to be supervising my training!" 

"Calm down you idiot! Get a grip I don't know what you are talking about" 

Deciding to interfer before this breaks out into a fight, min forced narutos hands to drop shikamaru "You needed to rest naruto,  and we don't know where jiriyah is" 

Naruto groaned in annoyance "I'm sorry min-chan but I'm not even ready for this yet! Pervy sage was still training me!" 

"Yes I know, but you just need to take it slow, I'm sure we can find him for you when you calm down" min hold her hands up in surrender. shikamaru watched with an annoyed face and adjusting his shirt
