"You're alive?" Dae-su put his left hand on his mouth and his index finger from his other hand to point at Na-yeon who just got out of the hug.

"Yes. What's the problem with that?" Na-yeon stepped up to him, ready to fight.

Ms. Park slapped Dae-su's back, "Stop that. The three of you," she turned to Na-yeon with a smile, "I'm glad that you're safe."

On-jo broke their cheerful reunion.

"Saem, where are Nam-ra and Su-hyeok?"

Everyone looked around and realized that the two of them were indeed missing. On-jo ran out to look for them.

They were in the hallways.

Su-hyeok and Nam-ra were running towards them with a bunch of zombies behind.

"Go in! Go inside!" Su-hyeok shouted.

All of them immediately went back to the room and covered the windows with curtains.

Cheong-san stopped Nam-ra from getting near the piano, "There's a zombie there. It's caught under the piano, so it can't move."

Everyone took their time to catch their breath.

"We can't make it..." Hyo-ryeong paused, "to the rooftop, can't we? We're trapped again, aren't we?"

"There are zombies outside so let's think for a bit."

"This is annoying," Nam-ra muttered.

A long silence came until Hyo-ryeong broke it.

"Hey, Prez," she stepped back, "Were you bit?"

Everyone stepped back.

"That's a bite mark, right?"

Cheong-san took the nearest thing he could hit her with and was ready to use it on Nam-ra but Su-hyeok stopped him, "No. It's not what it looks like."

"Move. Step back."

"I'm telling you it's not. You jerk," he snapped, "You tell him. You weren't bitten by a zombie."

She just stared at them.

"Why won't you say anything?" he looked at them, "It's not a zombie. Gwi-nam bit her."

"Who?" Cheong-san asked wide-eyed.

"Gwi-nam. The bully."

"Yoon Gwi-nam?"

"Yes."

"Gwi-nam was bitten by zombies," he revealed.

"What bullshit is that? Moron," Su-hyeok cursed, not believing a thing he said.

"I saw him get bit by zombies. You turn if you get bit. So if Gwi-nam bit her--"

"You're wrong!"

"Wait a minute!" On-jo interjected, "You were with Gwi-nam?"

The zombies started to beat on the room harder.

Cheong-san nodded, "Yes. I met him by chance and caught a video of him killing the principal so he chased me. I saw him get bit when we fought--"

"We also fought," Su-hyeok cut him off, "That's why I know."

"You two fought?" On-jo felt her soul get out from her body, "You didn't do anything bad to him, right? Like losing him an eye?"

"How did you know?"

"You jerk!" On-jo cried as she pushed him, "If what Su-hyeok said was true, he'll surely kill you!"

"He wasn't a zombie...:" Su-hyeok explained, "He spoke to me. He recognized me. You saw it. He wasn't a zombie," he turned to Nam-ra.

"He was even looking for Cheong-san."

Nam-ra stood up, "Are you sure he was bitten by zombies?"

Cheong-san nodded.

"Then, I'll turn into a zombie too," she turned to the door, "I should go."

"No," Ms. Park said, "You won't go. Let's do what we did in the broadcasting room okay? Nam-ra you stay in the storage room while--"

"No!" Cheong-san went near Su-hyeok who hid Nam-ra behind her, "I almost lost Gyeong-su, I can't afford to go through that again."

"I told you to stop it, fucker."

"Get out of my way."

Su-hyeok tried to remove that thing Cheong-san had in his hand but Cheong-san resisted.

"Stop it, both of you!" Nam-ra shouted, "If I feel strange at all, I'll make sure I die."

"I'm sorry--"

"No need to be sorry. I'm not sorry towards any of you either," she sat near the window and turned to Su-hyeok, "Su-hyeok, push me if I turn."

Nam-ra and Su-hyeok stayed near the window while others waited. Ms. Park went near to urge her to get up from where she sat.

Na-yeon's voice filled the dreary atmosphere, "If you guys are hungry, there's food in the storage room."

Dae-su chirped in joy and rushed to the door. He was about to get inside but he stopped, "What if you put zombie blood on the food too?"

Na-yeon clenched her fist. She knew they wouldn't accept her that easily but hearing them have doubts about her hurt her a lot.

Ms. Park went to the two of them, "Dae-su, that's not a good thing to say. Na-yeon may have done wrong, but she's trying to make up for it. Apologize."

Dae-su pouted and looked down, "Sorry, Saem."

"To Na-yeon."

He turned to her, "I'm sorry."

Na-yeon who was apologized to for the first time was surprised, "It's okay."

Ms. Park clapped, "Now that everything is settled, let's eat. To maintain organization and storage for the next days, Na-yeon and Hyo-ryeong will help in distributing the food."

Dae-su groaned "Ah, Saem--"

"No buts."

Woo-jin laughed at Dae-su who went back dejected.

The girls went in and came out with boxes in their hands. They gave equal amounts to each of them to which Dae-su complained because it wasn't 'enough' to satisfy him.

Gyeong-su saw a pair of feet stop in front of him. It was Na-yeon.

He watched as she took out one cream bread and an orange soda. She didn't utter any words. After she placed the food, she went to others and gave the same thing.

Gyeong-su took the soda. He rolled his eyes, brushing off his assumption that she will apologize.

What would he even expect from her? He shouldn't have left a message for her when they were in the broadcasting room.

Wait, she heard that right?

Gyeong-su felt some paper on the can. He took it and realized that it was some sort of note.

"I'm sorry."

He was wrong. Maybe she did change.

The sides of his lips curved into a small smile as he drank soda.

It was peculiarly sweet. Sweeter than he imagined.
