Cheong-san winced in pain as Gwi-nam pressed on his eye harder.

On-jo quickly tried to get up from her fall and grabbed his hand to stop him.

But it didn't work.

Gwi-nam sent her flying a few meters away.

The girls and Ms. Park rushed to help her up.

"Gwi-nam!" Ms. Park shouted, "Stop what you're doing right now!"

He obeyed and stood up to look at her.

"Ah, Saem," he laughed, "I'm just trying to do what he did to me. Please stay put until I finish."

He went back on top of Cheong-san but before he could do anything, Su-hyeok kicked him aside. The two of them threw a few punches and kicks at each other but Gwi-nam won in the end.

"Su-hyeok!"

"Who are you?"

Gwi-nam turned to the others.

Dae-su stammered as he asked a question again, "What the hell are you? You came from the One Heart Club?"

On-jo limped towards her bag while the others tried to talk and fight their way against him. She went to take the earplugs she kept in case Nam-ra still turns into a hambie and she urgently needed to use the speakers and recorders she kept.

She saw the speakers but thought that it was too much of a hassle to connect them to the MP3 player.

She dragged herself to Nam-ra who was held by the neck. On-jo took out the recorder necklace she bought and pressed the button which then played a loud noise.

Everyone covered their ears but the people who were greatly affected were Nam-ra and Gwi-nam. On-jo weakly sat on Nam-ra's side and put the earplugs on both of her ears.

The earplugs did not have that much effect on Nam-ra but it was enough to get a good amount of her strength back. She threw Gwi-nam at the edge of the rooftop while he was still in pain. Su-hyeok and On-jo helped her in throwing him out.

Gwi-nam held on On-jo's shirt for support.

Na-yeon chimed in and pierced a sharp wood on his hand.

Gwi-nam grunted in pain and finally fell with On-jo necklace in his hand.

Cheong-san held her shoulders tightly and inspected her worriedly, "Are you okay?"

She nodded.

Everyone gathered around the fire again.

"Is everyone alright?" Ms. Park asked, "On-jo, can we borrow your first aid again, please?"

"Sure, no problem," she pulled her bag to her lap and took the white box out.

"What the hell is wrong with that Gwi-nam?" Joon-yeong asked Cheong-san, "You said he turned into a zombie."

"I don't know. It looks like he became someone completely different."

"I think he can't die," Su-hyeok assumed.

"What if he comes back up?"

"Then, we could use that thing On-jo used!" Gyeong-su suggested, "You know that small black pendant thing."

"It was a recorder. Hold to make a recording. Press it once and it'll play the recent one," she shrugged, "Downside is... you can only keep one recording in it. The moment you accidentally hold the button, your latest recording will automatically get deleted. So I only bought two."

"Why would you keep that sound, though?" Ms. Park asked as she put a bandage on Dae-su's arm.

"It seemed to be the noise that attracts zombies the most so I saved it."

"How would you know about that? For sure you recorded that before we got stranded in this school," it was Joon-yeong his time.

"I told you I had a dream."

"I'm not trying to suspect you or anything, but..." Hyo-ryeong added, "Why would you do all of this with your dream as a basis? If I was that, I probably won't remember it or just shrug it off."

"I would have done that," her eyes went down, "But the events on that same dream are happening in sequence one by one. I know it's stupid to hold on to that dream but even this whole zombie thing happened."

"Some things changed though," she smiled faintly.

"What did?"

"I'm sorry but I really don't want to talk about it anymore."

"Then," Dae-su started, "You said you bought two, where's the other one? Can I have it? You have plenty of those things in yo---Ow!"

Ms. Park pressed on his wound.

"I already gave it away."

"To who?" Su-hyeok asked.

On-jo pointed at Cheong-san.

Gyeong-su smirked, "So is this some kind of couple thing?"

Cheong-san's cheeks were tinted with pink.

"No," she denied, "I saw it in my dream too. Gwi-nam hunting Cheong-san down, that is."

"He's bad enough. But honestly, I'm scared of Nam-ra too," said Ji-min, "You saw her fighting earlier."

"I think it's safe to assume that they're both ham-bie---!" Dae-su failed to continue his words when Hyo-ryeong suddenly hit her arm, "Why?"

"What's a ham-bie?" Ms. Park.

Dae-su lowered his head and squeaked out, "Half-zombies."

"You're really okay, Nam-ra?" Ji-min asked her, "You won't do that to us, right?"

"Would you believe me if I said I wouldn't?"

"Why do you have to put it that way?" Ji-min inhaled sharply as she felt her heartbeat slow down from fear, "Can't you at least make us believe you? We're going to be together anyway."

Nam-ra sighed, "I've never done anything but study. I don't think I was naive but I was a coward."

"I was too scared my grades would drop and my mom would get mad so I didn't do anything," she looked down, "I was too scared to make any friends. My mom would always ask me what rank they were in class, what their parents did, how big their house is."

"I never thought I'd get a chance to sit around a fie with all of you like this," She poked the fire with a wood, "It's really nice. It's my first time."

"If we manage to get out of here," she looked up and smiled at them, "I really hope we could make a fire...and hang out like this again, I hope we can do that."

"Sure, let's do it."

Nam-ra looked at On-jo.

"If anyone wants to make a fire, we can all get together," she looked back.

Ji-min apologized.

"Uh... Did you just smile? Super awkward," Dae-su chuckled.

"God, come on," Hyo-ryeong glared at Dae-su who ruined the mood.

"What now? What?"

"Why don't you just two date? You guys are so annoying," Woo-jin suggested.

"Are you crazy?" "Are you a psycho?"

Both looked at each other and glared.

"Hold on," Nam-ra interrupted, "Did you hear that?"

"No, what is it?"

Hyo-ryeong was afraid, "What? Is someone out there?"

Nam-ra looked up in the sky, "Listen."

Everyone looked in the direction she was staring at.

"What's happening?" "What is it?"

"I don't see anything," Cheong-san said while still staring at the sky.

The faint sound of a helicopter whirring in distance reached their ears.
