When Jimin woke up the next morning only a lingering thought was present in his mind about the previous night. After he was reminded of him, all curiosity drained from his body and he simply uninstalled the app, not even bothering to check his match and went back to sleep. And, by the time he got ready, had breakfast and left for the cafe, all thoughts about the notification were replaced by the plans for the day. While walking, he smiled and greeted the people he knew from his neighborhood, also mentally making a list of the tasks to do. Calling the plumber for changing the second sink's tap...coming up with an offer for white day...getting groceries on the way back home..and more.

As the day progressed he got more and more busy with work. Serving customers..managing the staff..maintaining the cafe...Ugh! Owning a cafe wasn't an easy job..but he couldn't bring himself to complain. Atleast the cafe kept him busy and the unwelcomed thoughts out of his mind. Also, he loved his cafe very much. It was his dream and he had worked really hard to achieve it, still works hard to maintain it. He loved the cafe too. So, it had a very special place in his heart.

It was 8:48 pm, almost closing time. Apart from Jimin, only a university student who was typing away rapidly on his laptop, an old man sipping his tea leisurely in the corner and two of the staff members were the only people left in the cafe. Jimin was always the last to leave and the first to arrive. He always opened and closed the cafe himself except for emergencies. As the other two staff members too bid him goodbye and left for their respective destinations, Jimin stood up from behind the counter to remind his last customers of the day that the cafe was closing soon, the door to the cafe opened announcing a new presence. He turned towards the door only to see Jungkook standing there with a sheepish smile.

"Hey hyung!" "Hey Jungkook, the person who can't respect other people's privacy!" Jungkook visibly winced at that.

"Hyyuungg..I-"

"Nope, I don't want to hear anything! How dare you open my phone and on top of that make MY account on the dating app without MY permission? "

"Would you have given me permission if I had asked you? No! That's why I did it."

"Well of course I wouldn't have given you permission may-" Jimin was interrupted by the old man clearing his throat loudly and thanking him for the tea.

Only then did Jimin realise that how loud they were and while they were busy arguing, the student had already left. As the old man too took his exit, Jimin completed his statement. "Maybe because I don't want to date!" With that he turned around to head towards the kitchen to check for the last time that everything was fine and he could close the cafe. But Jungkook followed him around, whinning like a puppy.

"But hyung, how long are you going to remain single! You need to find someone nice with whome you can move on. You can't stay alone forever and you know that too...to be complete again..to be happy again. Tae hyung too would have wanted that for you!" With the last statement Jimin's hands and movements stilled. He slowly turned around to look at Jungkook who looked just seconds away from bursting into tears. He looked down, unable to look at Jungkook's pained expression.

Jungkook slowly moved to stand infront of Jimin and held his hands gently and spoke in the softest tone, "Hyung...you may think we don't notice..but we do...you may not admit it but you know it too..you are lonely hyung..you need someone who can be by you side...who can fill the empty place beside you and it's a place which neither I nor Hoseok hyung or Yoongi hyung can fill. It's a place only a partner can fill. I know it's not at all easy and that you're still in pain and that's why you need someone...someone who can take all that pain away and help you heal..to finally move on. Please hyung...do it for us..for yourself. It's already been two years....." Jimin replied in a whisper. "It has only been two years..."

They stood in silence for a few seconds before Jimin's shoulders started shaking and tears started pouring from his eyes. Jungkook quickly brought the older in a tight and comfortable embrace as his own tears fell down. They both hugged each other tightly and sobbed quietly for a few minutes before Jimin slowly detached himseld from the younger and wiped his own tears and then Jungkook's tears. He looked at the younger for a few seconds before he sighed, "Ok...I'll give it a chance."

Five minutes later, Jungkook was sitting alone in the cafe waiting for Jimin to return from the kitchen with two strawberry pastries and vanilla milkshakes for them. When two minutes later, Jimin put the tray on the table and settled infront of Jungkook, he was met with a very excited Jungkook who couldn't stop smiling. After Jimin had accepted to give dating another chance, Jungkook had smiled so hard, Jimin was afraid his cheeks would start hurting but Jungkook didn't care. It looked as if they were going to look for a date for Jungkook and not him.

However, Jimin found it so endearing that he once again wanted to burst in tears, but this time, of happiness. He really was lucky to have such amazing friends. They were the only people who helped him stay grounded after he passed away. Without them, he probably would have died, either of starvation or depression.

When Jungkook had finished almost half of his milkshake, he excitedly asked for Jimin's phone. Jimin looked at him sceptically for a second before sighing defeatedly handling his phone to the younger who opened it without a problem, which again reminded Jimin to change his password.

After going through all the applications, when Jungkook didn't find the dating app he had installed, he asked Jimin, to which the other replied sheepishly that he had uninstalled it. The younger just sighed and installed the app again.

While waiting for the app to install, they both finished their shakes and pasteries and then Jimin went back inside to put the utensils away.

When he returned, Jungkook was looking at the screen and smiling his famous bunny smile. He was practically buzzing with excitement when he looked up at Jimin.

"Aah hyung! You've hit a jackpot! Just look at your match! He looks like a model...like a greek god...oooh..look at that face..that body!"

"Are you just going to drool at my phone screen or actually show me how handsome that greek god your is?"

"Oh..sorry!" Jungkook sheepishly handed the phone back to Jimin.

Now it was Jimin's turn to drool...cause boy...was the man in the picture a meal, but he tried his best to keep his face blank. For a second Jimin even doubted if the photo was edited but after some scrolling and looking at some more photos which comprised of both, beautiful candids and low quality..blurry pictures, it was obvious that the man was naturally beautiful.

"So..how's he?" The other man asked, just seconds aways from bouncing qround the cafe.

"Hmmm...he's alright I guess.." He tried his best to act nonchalant but Jungkook's unimpressed look and the mocking voice in his head...suuree...alright my foot! which also strangely sounded like Jungkook, made him immediately regret his previous statement and he begrudgingly admitted that the man actually looked like a greek god, listening to which Jungkook actually started bouncing around the cafe, celebrating his victory. Jimin laughed at the younger, he was seriously so adorable.

While Jungkook was busy celebrating and messaging Hoseok and Yoongi the good news, Jimin looked further to know about the man's name and profession. He scrolled up and finally found the information he was looking for, but as soon as he read the man's name and profession, the smile from his face slowly slipped away.

'Kim Taehyung, Captain of the Special Services Forces in the Republic of Korea Armed Forces'
