Goodbye love

Back at Police station, San Francisco

Jungkook and Hoseok were discussing the information they had gathered about Katherine and Jimin's past. Soon their discussion was interrupted by a phone call.

"Hello! This is officer Jeon from San Francisco Police Department" Jungkook attended the call.

"Hello, there is a dead body at 25-Z Alley. Please come soon" The person from the other side informs. His voice was traced with fear.

"What? Are you sure? Okay we'll be there in 10" he hurriedly hung up and looked back at Hoseok looking at him. His expression was full of shock. He was silently praying that there shouldn't be another murder.

"Who was it?" He asked, hoping his dubiety wasn't true.

"It's from downtown. Someone reported a murder at 25-Z Alley" Jungkook declared. His eyes widened and the next minute, he was running out sprinting towards his car. Jungkook followed behind him and got into the car himself.

Hoseok's eyes fell on his phone. There was a message. SOS message. From Jen aka Hyejin. This didn't seem good. Hoseok had his fingers crossed in anticipation while Jungkook had a gloomy look on his face because of his partner's state.

They both hoped it would turn out fine!!

As soon as both the officers stepped out of their van they were met by the unknown man who had called them.

"Officer here. I was walking back home and I saw her" he pointed towards the lying girl.

Hoseok being shocked would be an understatement. Right now he was feeling a series of emotions. Scared. Pained. Perplexed. Panicked. Nervous. And more.

Why? He identified the clothes of the girl. But he didn't want to confirm his doubts. He was afraid to find out that it's his sister who was murdered now. He didn't want to see Hyejin blooded. Dead. Lifeless. Never he wanted to witness this. But now he was seeing the same.

"She got stabbed in the neck. Bet it was a quick death though. At least one person was blessed to not suffer till death" Jungkook voiced his thoughts while checking Jen's body.

Only if he had known he was talking about Hoseok's sister in front of Hoseok himself. His words were like small sharpy thorns pricking his already wounded heart.

Tring Tring...

Hoseok's phone started ringing. He fished out his phone, his eyes still on dead Hyejin. He received the call without checking the caller ID.

"Officer Jung. There is one more murder." he recognised the voice. It was Taehyung.

Jen was coming back from one of her shoots. It wasn't a great day for her since she had a little disagreement with the producer; plus the co-model was a little rude too.

She was walking out of a store after buying something when she met Katherine near the alley. Katherine looked angry for some reason and somehow, the meeting between the two girls turned into an argument.

"What's wrong with you Katherine?" Jen asked, her voice a little louder. It was also clear from her tone that she was getting frustrated. Katherine's anger, for no particular reason, was doing no good after her already bad day.

The next thing Jen knew, Kathrine was pulling out a sharp blade out of her bag. Jen got scared and she sent a SOS message without any delay to her brother. But Katherine, with one swift motion, slit open Jen's throat. The blood loss was so much that Jen died on the spot.
