"Not just one..there are two murders, Taehyung!!'

Hoseok and Jungkook arrived at Jimin's house. Yoongi joined them as well. Each one had called their teams and had sealed the entire crime area. Jungkook was questioning Taehyung while the crime area was being examined.

"What exactly happened Taehyung?" Jungkook asked him. Taehyung took a deep breath. He knew this was gonna be hard but he has to do this. Before it's too late.

"I... I came here to meet Jimin... Because of the situation lately - everyone being killed - since Valentine's day I was agitated. I wanted to do anything I could to protect my Jiminie.." his voice cracked. His eyes started pouring.

Hoseok who was sealing his emotions till now also became sentimental but he hardened his heart. He picked the water bottle from near the table and offered it to Taehyung. After drinking water and calming down he continued.

"That's why I installed cameras in his house. But he wasn't home that time. We both always had keys to each other's houses. After installing the cams, I went back to my photoshoot. And now, after the shoot was over, I thought of stopping by and also telling him about the camera."

Jungkook noted down his statement.

"While waiting for Jimin to come back home I went to his room and thought of recording a video for my fans. I was in the middle of that when Jimin came running into the house. Katherine was also close behind him. And from the look on their faces I understood something was not right. Hell! Everything was wrong!" And his dam broke. Taehyung couldn't hold it anymore. He started grieving for his dear friend there and then.

Hoseok hugged him and tried comforting him.

"Katherine killed Jen," Taehyung said in between his cries.

"How do you know?" Jungkook asked. He didn't recall telling Taehyung on the phone about it earlier.

"Jimin asked her. But she didn't tell him the reason. And because Jimin witnessed her killing Jen she killed him too. I heard it all." Taehyung weeped. "I'll sue her. I won't leave her! If possible I'll kill her!"

After taking the statement and running tests, Hoseok started the search for Katherine. He ensured that his team is all prepared and will find Katherine by the end of the day. He was like a lion in search of his prey. Katherine Valentine. Now this was not just a case for him. It was personal. Avenge. And he was unstoppable now.

She was not at her home when they arrived. The house help who they last talked to was found dead on the kitchen floor with a knife wound protruding blood all over her body and floor. Hoseok gritted his teeth in anger. Katherine was smart. She saw this coming.

After wrapping up another dead body, they left the place and reached the hospital she worked at. It was the last place she'd choose to hide if she wanted. She wasn't there when Hoseok barged into her room. From a patient they found out that she would probably be at her paternal house. "She is close to me because I look like her mother. Whenever she wants to be alone she goes there" the patient told them.

With this information they went straight to catch Katherine. And surprisingly, there she was. Katherine Valentine, the serial killer. Sitting on a huge cushioned chair with legs planted one over the other and a fruit basket that had the supposed murder weapon placed beside.

"Welcome officers" she welcomed them like she was waiting for them all along. She did. She knew they would be there soon. She was expecting all this. As if this was part of her plan.
