Kronii sighed and massaged her temples.

"Don't you have a job to do, Mumei?" She asked. The Guardian of Civilization was once again in her office, playing with her books and pens.

Mumei stopped what she was doing and turned her head to Kronii with a small smile on her face.

"Nope!" She said, popping the 'p'.

The warden of Time shook her head. "Well as you can see, I'm busy. So stay quiet or leave." She said.

If it were other people, they would think that was rude. But for Mumei it wasn't, that was just how Kronii was. It was one of the things that made the warden of time well... herself. 

"I'll stay quiet." Mumei said and zipped her mouth. Earning a small groan from Kronii. She returned to her work, leaving Mumei alone.

The owl girl did stay quiet while Kronii was working. With a couple of hoo's here and there from time to time. It made Kronii's stress level decrease. She might look like a cold person who doesn't like people but she loves Mumei's company.

She loves her friends a lot, she's just not the type to show it.

"Hey Kronii~" Mumei called.

"What Mumei?" Kronii responded, not even bothering to look at the other girl.

"Are you not done yet?" She asked.

"No."

Mumei pouted. "But it's already late. Do you really need to finish that immediately?"

Kronii exhaled and looked at the owl girl. "Alright let's go home." She said making Mumei grin.

Kronii cleaned her desk in no time. Papers flying to where they were supposed to be and books to their shelves in alphabetical order. She had a lot of stuff to do because of a certain time traveling detective messing around with her watch.

Kronii snapped as they teleported to their house. Bae screamed when the two suddenly appeared in front of her.

Clutching her chest, she glared at Kronii. "Not cool yo." She frowned making Mumei giggle and Kronii laugh.

"I'm surprised you're still not used to that." Kronii said while Mumei plopped herself on the couch where Bae was sitting.

"Says the one who 'gwaks' when she's jumpscared." Bae mumbled.

"What'd you say?" Kronii raised her brow at the small girl.

"GWAK." Bae teased while sticking her tongue out.

"You wanna go?! Huh? Wanna go?!" Kronii challenged.

"Hell yea I do!" Bae stood up. They were just about to pounce each other when Sana walked in.

"Kids stop fighting." She said making Kronii and Bae step away from each other.

"Kronii started it!" Bae pointed at the taller girl making Kronii frown.

"What do you mean? You did—"

"Kids stop it." Fauna said while going down the stairs.

"I AM THE VICTOR!" Bae exclaimed, running to Fauna before Kronii could reach her.

Kronii just made a sour face before sitting next to Mumei. Mumei giggled and patted Kronii's back. She had to admit, teasing the warden was easy and the expression she makes when she's being teased is just adorable.

"Now now, you guys arrived just in time. I just finished making dinner." Fauna smiled.

"With Sana!" Sana grinned from ear to ear. It made Fauna giggle as Bae ran to the kitchen.
