"Love! You're going to be late! Hurry!"
Jimin ran out of the apartment bathroom, just having finished his makeup. He grabbed his things and slipped on his shoes, kissing Jungkook on the side of the mouth.
"I'm ready."
Jungkook cupped his cheeks. "God. You're so pretty. Don't entertain strangers from different departments."
He giggled. "You're so jealous. The only one for me is you, baby." He puckered his lips cutely. "So kiss me and let's go."
Jungkook leaned and kissed him on the lips. "Let's go, love."
"I'm nervous." Jimin squeezed Jungkook's hand. "I'm older than most of the other freshmen... I also don't have a lot of the same experiences. What if I stick out too much? What if I fail? I don't want to disappoint anyone..." He played with the hem of his new shirt, bought specially for the occasion.
Jungkook looked at him. "Love, you're going to do well! You're smart and you adapt easily. It's okay to fail sometimes. I failed once, but sooner or later, you're going to pass it. If things get hard, don't forget to ask me for help. I'm always willing to help you."
Jimin nodded and hugged Jungkook. "Thank you for taking care of me."
Jungkook kissed his forehead, down to his cheeks, nose, and to his lips. "I will never get tired of taking care of you. I guess I granted one of your wishes in your bucket list again."
He giggled and kissed him back. "I want to get better at taking care of you too. You still haven't let me get a job, mister." He pushed him playfully.
Jungkook chuckled. "I will let you soon. Hmm, once we graduate."
Jimin scoffed. "I need work experience!"
Jungkook pinched his cheeks. "Fine. I'll let you work soon. But I don't want you to overwork yourself." He pouted.
"I'll work just a little because I still want to have time for you, Bam, and our friends." Jimin grabbed Jungkook's hand and led him to their seats for orientation. He was thankful Jungkook got to take up his spot for family members since he was put in the system as an orphan.
"Okay, love. I will always pick you up at work. Do you want it?" Jungkook asked.
"Mhm." Jimin sat down with Jungkook and leaned against him, looking around at all the other people around them as he let the younger one comfort him until the end of the ceremony. "I'd like that a lot."
Once the ceremony was done, Jungkook texted the group chat.
