"Hey guys! How are you today?"I asked hoping one of the two monsters would answer me, those monsters being Aria and Alex. Aria and Alex were ferternal twins, considering they can't be identical, being boy and girl. They are only about six now, adorable little monsters! Honestly though, they aren't scary, Alex is really shy and then Aria is like super hyper all the time until nap and bedtime.

"Aunt Addie!"Alex screamed, running to hug me as I close their door. Picking him up, I notice that I haven't seen Aria anywhere.

"Hey Alex! Where's your sister?"I asked him, as I balanced him on my hip, trying to do two things at once, putting my stuff down and not dropping Alex. Wasn't all that hard, since I have done it hundreds, even thousands of times.

"She's with mom at the store"I groaned internally, hearing about their mother and then smiled at Alex.

"So is it just us two today?"I asked him again, to be honest, I'm okay with that. Alex didn't know it yet, but I was going to ask him to be the ring bearer for my wedding with Luke. Alex nodded, and I set him down and set my hands on my hips. "Well, then. Let's go get some ice cream!"I suggested, and he basically ran off to get his shoes on and I had to help him tie his converse shoes.

I loved this kid too much, I loved both of them too much. But Alex was my weak point, he looked just like my brother when he was six, from the pictures I have of Brandon anyways.

"You ready now, Alex?"I asked him. Alex nodded, his black curly locks flopping into his face, "You need a hair cut"I teased and Alex screamed, making me laugh at him.

Alex hated getting his hair cut, just like his father. If he would have looked good like that, Brandon would have never cut his hair, but then he wouldn't have had Aria and Alex.

"What kind do you want, little man?"The guy behind the counter spoke toward Alex, not bothering to look at me, I smiled. Maybe he already saw the ring though, so that's good.

"Uhm, can I have two scoops, Aunt Addie?"Alex asked, and I looked down at him, smiling.

"Sure buddy, but no more than two, got it?"I told him, but I knew I would have to count the scoops.

"Okay. Chocolate and Vanilla please!"Alex smiled up at the guy behind the counter and I got a good look at the guy and saw who it was.

"God, Ashton. You scare me sometimes"I spoke toward him as he scooped out the ice cream for Alex into a bowl.

"Sorry, Adds."

"Alex, this is your Uncle Ashton."I said to Alex, as I picked him up and he took the ice cream from Alex.

"I have an uncle?"

"Yeah, he's my brother, so he'd be your uncle. It's like your Aunt Riley, she's your dad's other sister."I explained, as Ashton passed me a bowl of chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream. Handing Ashton the money, he handed us spoons, "I'll talk to you later, while I'm not babysitting my nephew"

"Where's Aria?"Ash asked, as I set Alex down and ask him to find us a place to sit. I trusted him not to run off.

"With her mom."I said, and Ashton groaned, knowing what was up with this girl as well. I haven't really talked to her all that much, but she's a bitch to put it lightly. "I've gotta to though, see ya at home"I said, before running off to find Alex talking to a stranger, "Alex, don't talk to strangers, it's dangerous"I spoke before being kissed, and I recognized the coolness of the lip ring. "Luke."I breathed onto his lips.

"Addison"He said, and I groaned, hitting his arm.

"Alex, this is my boyfriend, Luke. Luke this is my nephew,p Alex. Least you get to meet one of the little monsters"I joked, ruffling Alex's hair. Alex groaned and sat down, muttering something about how I ruined his hair. He's six, not like he has a girlfriend or anything so I mean.

"Hi, Alex."Luke spoke to him like he was already his family and it made me smile. Alex waved and continued to eat his ice cream. Luke sat down next to me as I ate my ice cream, "So you're probably wondering why I'm crashing your babysitting, and knew where you were gonna be."

"That has occurred to me."I laughed, sticking the spoon in his mouth. Luke moaned in pleasure to the dessert and took the spoon out of his mouth before speaking again.

"Well, I was going to make plans for you to start dress shopping soon so that we can have your perfect dress, but you are babysitting! So now I'm just going to watch him with you, and by the way, Riley has Aria. Their mother dropped her off earlier, and left him all alone, as you were on your way over to pick him up."

"I would have liked to have both of my brother's children with me."

"Aunt Addie? Are you and Luke going to get married?"Alex spoke out of the blue, and Luke and I both looked at him, smiling.

"Yes we are. And you, my little buddy are going to be in it!"I said, and he stood on the seat and jumped up and down, "Alex sit"I ordered, and he obeyed. "So is your sister."Alex slumped down, "But you are going to be far more important than her anyways. You are going to carry the rings out to us. Aria is going to throw flowers down the isle"

"That's cool! Do I get to be fancy?"

"Yeah"Luke said, and he and Alex just kept talking about random things. It was like I had introduced them a long time ago.

I loved this feeling that Luke and I were getting married and that he got along with people I should have mentioned earlier in our relationship.

"Alex, Luke plays the guitar. Maybe he can teach you"I suggested, as I remembered that Alex had said that he wanted to play guitar in a band, and my heart had swelled. Everyone in my family loved music too much.

"Would you really, Luke?"Alex asked, his eyes wide, chocolate covering his face, and I groaned, wiping up his face. Luke nodded, stealing more of my ice cream, not that I cared.

"Yeah sure, anytime you want."Luke smiled as Alex finished off his ice cream, not getting anymore on his face, thank the lord!

Alex is messy, and I'm surprised he was being super social today. Maybe it's because his sister wasn't there to steal his spotlight. Overtime I tried to ask him a question, Aria would jump in telling something to me, and I had to listen or she would whine to her mom about how I didn't like her.

I loved Aria to death, but she always got on my nerves, especially when it was just her and I. But that hardly ever happened, her mom loved Aria more than Alex, which always pissed me off.

"Yay!"Alex screamed, and I shushed him. Maybe the ice cream was a bad idea. But I love to spoil Alex so much, he even calls me mom sometimes, I don't correct him, he's legit my family so I'm fine with whatever he calls me.

Luke kept his word when he said he was going to stay with Alex and I while I watched him, but this was a different babysitting. Alex was to spend the whole weekend with us. It was going to be great.

So we stopped by Alex's house again and grabbed some clothes for him and Aria, seeing as Riley practically lived with us now, it only seemed fair.

When we had gotten home, my phone started blasting out 'Something's Gotta Give' by All Time Low. Really listen to them way too much.

"Hello?"I answered the call.

"Hi, is this Addison Irwin?"

"Yup"

"This is the head of Island Records, and we would like to offer you a record deal"
